    摘要： The present invention relates to a device designed to permit various items to be hung on a vertical surface (e.g., the hanging of a picture or other piece of framed art or memorabilia on a wall), to a method of making such a device and to a method of using same. In one embodiment, the present invention relates to a two piece device where a first body, or rail, piece and a second body, or rail, piece each engage one of either the object, regardless of whether or not such object is framed or unframed, to be hung or the wall on which the object to be hung is to be placed, wherein the first piece and the second piece are formed so as to engage one another thereby resulting in the hanging of the object on a desired place on a wall. In another embodiment, the present invention relates to a two piece wall hanging device that permits the level hanging of an object on a wall regardless of whether or not each of the two pieces of the device are attached in a level manner to each of the wall and the object to be hung.

    摘要： A re-sealable container closure label including a base label and a cover label, and a hook-and-loop fastener system and a tamper-evident tear strip is sandwiched therebetween. In a preferred embodiment, the base label is adhered to the front wall of a container, preferably a bag, adjacent an opening in the bag. A flap of the bag is folded downwardly over the opening and adheres to the front wall, the cover label, the two-part hook-and-loop fastener system and the tear strip. In an alternative embodiment, container closure label includes a hook-and-loop fastener system and a tear strip secured only to a base label. This alternative embodiment label is adhered to the front wall of a bag as in the preferred embodiment, except that the flap is adhered directly over the fastener system and tear strip. To open a bag sealed with the re-sealable container closure label, a user pulls the tear strip, which permits the flap to open and form a pour opening. The user may re-seal the flap portion with the hook-and-loop fastener system.

    摘要： A label sheet assembly is disclosed for improving the process of feeding label sheets through a printer. The label sheet includes a facestock layer and a liner sheet. The facestock layer includes an adhesive layer along a first side and include a label surface along a second side opposite the adhesive layer. The label sheet may include a puncture surface feature along a matrix portion of the facestock layer, wherein the puncture surface feature may include a plurality of puncture holes formed in a shape wherein each puncture hole that forms a slightly concave shape along one side and a slightly convex shape along the opposite side. The puncture surface features provides a zone of tactile sensitivity along the label sheet and are configured to reduce off-registration of printed indicia along the at least one label when processed through a printer device.
