摘要： “Non-fungible anti-counterfeit photo-chromic nano-micro three-dimensional tags/labels are designed in such a manner that duplication and counterfeiting of the labels are prevented. The label comprises of a frame quick response (QR) code part (103), which surrounds a three-dimensional sticker part, which consists of a foundation paper (113) made of cellulose, a non-fungible three-dimensional (3D) structure and a fade-resistant transparent plastic sheet (201). The structure consists of multi-colored micro particles (107), silica-infused 3D macro particles (109) and the photo-chromic nano particles (111). The sheet is laminated on the paper after application of dense coating of particles. The code part contains all information about the sticker part and is scannable by a specific application module, which allows to scan the code part to recognize the data in the code part, to direct the data to a customer's database server, which instantly maps the code data with the scanned image that is stored in its database to verify label authenticity. If the data matches with each other, the backend server sends a message to the application module that the product is genuine. In case of any variation between the scanned and stored data, the system sends a counterfeit alert to the application user, instantly requests to take the GPS coordinates of the location and sends report to manufacturer's designated contact.

摘要： Thin film labels, systems, and methods of making and using thereof are described. The thin film systems contain a label and a carrier film, where the label contains an overprint layer, indicia, and an adhesive layer. The carrier film may be coated on one or both sides with a release liner. The adhesive layer can be any suitable adhesive, such as a pressure sensitive adhesive, a fluid activatable adhesive, a heat activated adhesive, or a contact activated adhesive. The label is formed by printed or coating one or more layers of precursor material on the carrier film using standard printers. Suitable precursor materials include, but are not limited to epoxys, solvent cast films, polyurethane dispersions, such as acrylic-urethane hybrid polymer dispersions and polyester-polyurethane dispersions. After the overprint layer dries or is cured, the indicia are printed onto the overprint layer, then the adhesive is coated on top of the indicia.

The laminating sheet may include a laminae film sheet and a liner sheet. Protective covers may be pre-cut in the liner sheet and laminae overlays may be pre-cut in the laminae film sheet. The protective covers may be removed to expose an adhesive portion of the laminae overlay. The label sheet and the laminating sheet may be folded onto each other at the alignment member. The laminae overlay may adhere to the label to form a removable laminated label.

The method also includes mating transfer tape of a second substrate over the first side and the fourth side. The second substrate includes a liner layer and the transfer tape. The transfer tape is to be positioned immediately adjacent the tag.
