Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first peripheral device may receive audio stream packets sniffed from an owner audio stream assigned to a second peripheral device paired with the first peripheral device. The first peripheral device may receive a synchronization message from the second peripheral device that includes an owner packet bitmap that identifies packets in the owner audio stream. The first peripheral device may identify missed packets that the first peripheral device missed from the owner audio stream, based on a result of a comparison of the owner packet bitmap and a sniffer packet bitmap that identifies sniffed audio stream packets. The first peripheral device may transmit a response message indicating the missed packets. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. An access node may establish a signaling connection (e.g., an F1 connection) with a first central unit (CU) and establish a radio resource control (RRC) connection with a second CU, where the signaling connection may be used for backhauling of communications for user equipments (UEs) served by the access node. The first CU may transmit to the access node a first indication associated with suspension of the backhauling of the communications via the signaling connection. Additionally, the first CU may transmit to the second CU a second indication that indicates the suspension of the backhauling of the communications via the signaling connection. As such, the second CU may transmit to the access node, a third indication that indicates for the access node to release backhaul resources for support of the communications associated with the UEs based on receiving the second indication.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first message that indicates an inter-band carrier aggregation configuration. The inter-band carrier aggregation configuration may identify a set of carriers for carrier aggregation communication between the UE and a network entity. The UE may receive a second message that indicates a random access procedure configuration. The random access procedure configuration may include a rule pertaining to whether RACH messages may be transmitted over multiple carriers, a mapping of multiple of RACH occasions to at least one SSB index, and a repetition number that indicates a quantity of RACH message repetitions for transmission by the UE. The UE may transmit the quantity of RACH message repetitions based on the mapping. The quantity of RACH messages may be transmitted over one carrier or over the multiple carriers of the set of carriers based on the rule.

Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices, and systems for service period parameter scheduling for frame exchange procedures. In some examples, a first wireless device (such as an access point (AP), a station (STA)), may communicate with a second wireless device (such as a STA, an AP) during a scheduled service period. The first wireless device may indicate an upper or lower limit for communication parameters used by the first wireless device and the second wireless device during the service period. The first wireless device may communicate with the second wireless device according to the limited parameters. In some examples, the first wireless device may be available to communicate with other wireless devices outside of the scheduled service period. In such examples, the first wireless device may communicate with the other wireless devices according to a second set of parameters indicated alongside the first set of parameters.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a sidelink transmission associated with a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) index. The UE may monitor a quantity of retransmissions associated with the sidelink transmission within a time window. The UE may selectively retransmit the sidelink transmission based at least in part on the MCS index and the quantity of retransmissions. Numerous other aspects are described.

POWER CONSUMPTION SAVINGS BASED ON CHANNEL DELAY SPREAD REPORTING

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity may indicate to a user equipment (UE) (e.g., in a downlink control message) a capability of the network entity to disable power amplifiers for downlink transmissions. In response to the capability indication, the UE may estimate and report to the network entity the delay spread and antenna array loss threshold of a downlink signal. Based on the reported delay spread and antenna array loss threshold, the network entity may determine a quantity of power amplifiers that may be disabled for downlink transmission without reducing the received signal power at the UE below a minimum threshold. The power amplifiers that the network entity disables may be the power amplifiers with input powers less than a threshold (e.g., less than a highest input power by a threshold).
