A microstripline/stripline included in an isolator/circulator is provided. The microstripline/stripline includes a resonator including a plurality of symmetric propellers, which are capable of transmitting signals in a single direction, slot formation units formed between the propellers to allow magnetic walls to be symmetrically generated and each including a plurality of slots, transfer tracks for bandwidth expansion formed at a side of each of the propellers within the range of the distance (the circumscribed radius of the resonator) between the center of the resonator and the outermost edge of the propeller, and ports formed at the ends of the transfer tracks. The microstripline/stripline further includes a coupler for detecting a reverse signal formed at the port, to which a load resistor is connected, and an indicator for indicating the reverse signal detected by the coupler in order to detect the state of the isolator and a system including the isolator. Accordingly, it is possible to manufacture a microstripline/stripline isolator/circulator to have a low insertion loss, high isolation, a wide bandwidth, a compact size, a low price, a simple structure, and a light weight, and it is possible to observe the state of the microstripline/stripline isolator/circulator and a system including the microstripline/stripline isolator/circulator.

A magnetostatic wave filter that includes a ferromagnetic substance stacked on one side of a dielectric substrate, one side of which is grounded, and the filter includes an input section having an input transfer line and an input energy transformer for causing the energy transformation between an electromagnetic wave and a magnetostatic wave, and an output section having an output energy transformer for causing the energy transformation between the electromagnetic wave and the magnetostatic wave and an output transfer line. The width of exciting lines in the input energy transformer and the output energy transformer varies in a longitudinal direction, the filter includes a shield film formed of a grounded conductive film having holes through which a magnetic thin film can pass between the input section and said output section, to prevent coupling of an electromagnetic wave.

A dielectric ceramic composition for a microwave device including MgTiO.sub.3 and CaTiO.sub.3 as a main component and a Li.sub.2 CO.sub.3 as a sub-component is provided. The composition being expressed as follows: (94MgTiO.sub.3 -6CaTiO.sub.3)+xLi.sub.2 CO.sub.3 (mol %), where 0.2.ltoreq.x.ltoreq.0.8 (mol %). Therefore, it is capable of increasing a quality factor and decreasing a sintering temperature by adding a new component and effectively reproducing the above-described dielectric characteristic.

An isolator/circulator can keep a size of a 3-way asymmetric propeller resonator and intensity of magnetism, control the preferred frequency, and improve the insertion loss and isolation characteristic due to reducing the ferrite usage region on the maximum, extend the wide band without the external wide band extension, finally to miniaturize, reduce the fabricating cost by means of a simple fabrication. A microstrip/stripline isolator/circulator having a propeller resonator can be used for the device protection and impedance matching of a system and terminal in a transfer communication, personal communication, CT and satellite communication.

The present invention relates to a microwave filter, having U-type resonators, which passes a desired frequency signal and removes an undesired frequency signal when used in a high frequency antenna circuit for wireless communication systems. In accordance with the trend of reducing communication system terminals, it is required to reduce a high frequency filter. The high frequency filter is required to attenuate signals very sharply at the stop band especially near to a passband transmitting and receiving frequency, so as to improve the efficiency of the frequency. The filter may be reduced in weight by forming U-type resonators instead of straight-type resonators. Excellent attenuation characteristics may be achieved at the stop band lower than the passband, using the difference of the characteristic impedance between the open end portion and the shorted portion of the resonator by forming the coupling control grooves at the outer walls of the dielectric block.

Disclosed is a substrate rotating and oscillating apparatus for a rapid thermal process (RTP), that oscillates an oscillation plate using an oscillation motor moved by an elevating unit. Rotational shafts of the oscillation motor comprise lower and upper center rotational shafts mounted on a central axis of the motor, and an eccentric shaft mounted between the lower and the upper center rotational shafts as deviated from the central axis. An oscillation cam is mounted to the eccentric cam. The oscillation plate has an oscillation hole for inserting the oscillation cam therein. A bearing is mounted between the oscillation cam and the eccentric shaft such that the oscillation cam rotates independently from the eccentric shaft. The oscillation plate supports the whole multipole-magnetized magnetic motor or maglev motor. Accordingly, the substrate can be uniformly heated by both rotating and all-directionally oscillating the substrate.
