    Abstract: The present invention relates to a connector for simultaneously fixing a screw head and a rod, wherein the connector can be firmly fixed to a screw head and a rod, which have been surgically inserted, without requiring disassembly of the screw head and the rod, thus minimizing damage to the affected region. The connector may comprise: a connecting block in which a head accommodation hole portion is formed on one side thereof to be able to accommodate at least a portion of a screw head installed in a vertebral body, and a rod accommodation groove portion is formed on the other side thereof to be able to accommodate at least a portion of a rod that extends from the screw head; a connecting rod formed in a shape extending from the connecting block; and a fixing device that fixes the connecting block to the screw head.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a catheter and a surgical medical device. The catheter includes at least: a first elastic member positioned at an end portion of the catheter, a second elastic member connected with the first elastic member, the second elastic member being curved with a first radius of curvature to protrude toward a first direction; a first wire connected with a first surface of the first elastic member, and configured to pull the catheter to bend the catheter in the first direction; a second wire connected with a second surface of the first elastic member, which is opposite to the first surface, and configured to pull the catheter to bend the catheter in a second direction; and a tube containing the first elastic member, the second elastic member, the first wire, and the second wire.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an implantable communication device with an ultra-wideband antenna, and the implantable communication device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a sensor unit which obtains a biological signal in a body at a site where the implantable communication device is implanted; and an ultra-wideband antenna which transmits the obtained biological signal to the outside of the body. In this case, the ultra-wideband antenna includes: a ground patch which includes a first slot, a second slot, and a feed hole; a first dielectric layer which is formed on the ground patch; a radiation patch which is positioned on the first dielectric layer, and includes a third slot having a spiral shape, and a feed line; and a second dielectric layer which is formed on the radiation patch, the feed line is connected to a lower surface of the radiation patch, and vertically penetrates the feed hole, one end of the first slot and one end of the second slot are connected to each other, and a shape of the second slot depends on a shape of the third slot.
