    Abstract: Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to aspects of customer service based upon in-store field-of-view and analytics. According to one aspect disclosed herein, a store analytics system can collect user information associated with a plurality of users located within an environment. The store analytics system also can collect user device information associated with a plurality of user devices associated with the plurality of users. The store analytics system also can collect estimated fields-of-view associated with the plurality of users. The store analytics system can analyze the user information, the user device information, and the estimated fields-of-view to identify at least one commonality shared among at least two of the plurality of users. The store analytics system can create a logical group. The logical group can include the at least two users of the plurality of users that share the commonality.

    Abstract: Concepts and technologies for selective presentation of augmented reality (“AR”) objects are described. An AR system can retrieve a live video image, receive a first message, present the first message on an AR display, and determine, from the live video image, a first anchor over which a first object that is representative of the first message is to be presented. The AR system can then present, over the first anchor, the first object. The AR system can receive a subsequent message, and can determine, from the live video image, a second anchor over which a second object that is representative of the subsequent message is to be presented. The AR system can receive a notification, and, in response, can determine to forgo presentation, over the second anchor, of the second object. Instead, the AR system can present, over the second anchor, a third object that is representative of the notification.

    Abstract: A patentability search and analysis system can, based on a submission, perform a patentability search that finds prior art relevant to the submission. An example system can operate to indicate the relevancy of prior art documents discovered in the search, and categorize the art. The system can determine a patentability indicator (e.g., a patentability score) representative of the likelihood that a patent will be granted on a patent application representative of the submission. The system can, based on an analysis of filed patent applications, provide rejection and allowance rates for the claims of those applications having a similar patentability indicator value to that of the patentability indicator. The rejection and allowance rates can be for the patent office as a whole, the art unit, or the examiner. Additionally, the system can provide a “confidence level” representative of the strength of the patentability indicator.
