Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose an ultrasonic sensor, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The ultrasonic sensor includes a substrate and at least one sensor component located on the substrate. The sensor component includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a piezoelectric layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode. The substrate is provided with a groove on a side close to the sensor component, and the orthographic projection of the piezoelectric layer on the substrate has a portion overlapping with a region of the groove in the substrate.

Abstract: A pixel circuit, a display panel, and a driving method. The pixel circuit includes a data writing circuit, an ultrasonic acquiring and converting circuit, a storage circuit, a driving circuit, an output control circuit, and a light emitting device. The ultrasonic acquiring and converting circuit converts a received ultrasonic signal into a converted electrical signal, and provides the converted electrical signal to the data writing circuit; the data writing circuit provides the converted electrical signal or a data signal to a first node; the driving circuit provides a recognition signal obtained according to the converted electrical signal or a driving signal to the fourth node; the storage circuit maintains a voltage difference between the first node and the second node stable; the output control circuit provides a level of the fourth node to a third node; the third node outputs the recognition signal.

Abstract: A pixel driving circuit includes a driving sub-circuit, a data writing sub-circuit, a compensation sub-circuit and a light-emitting control sub-circuit. The driving sub-circuit is configured to drive the light-emitting device. The data writing sub-circuit is configured to write a data signal to the driving sub-circuit. The compensation sub-circuit includes a first switching transistor whose gate is electrically connected to the scanning signal terminal, first electrode is electrically connected to a first terminal of the driving sub-circuit and second electrode is electrically connected to a second terminal of the driving sub-circuit. The first switching transistor is an indium gallium zinc oxide thin film transistor. The light-emitting control sub-circuit is electrically connected to the driving sub-circuit and configured to turn on a line between a first voltage terminal and a second voltage terminal.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a display panel, which includes a thin-film transistor arranged on a substrate, an electroluminescent diode arranged on the thin-film transistor, which includes a bottom electrode, a light emitting layer, and a top electrode, and a thin-film encapsulation layer covering the electroluminescent diode. The display panel further includes an auxiliary electrode and a lead wire of the top electrode of the electroluminescent diode. The auxiliary electrode is electrically connected to the lead wire of the top electrode of the electroluminescent diode by penetrating through a via hole of the thin-film encapsulation layer. Arrangements of the present disclosure provide a display panel and a manufacturing method thereof and a display device including the display panel.

The sensing sub-circuit detects an ultrasonic echo signal, and generates a piezoelectric signal, which includes a first sub-signal and a second sub-signal, according to the ultrasonic echo signal, the voltage value of one of the first and second sub-signals are higher than the value of a reference voltage signal, and that of the other one of the first and second sub signals are lower than the reference voltage signal. The control sub-circuit is electrically connected to the sensing sub-circuit. Under control of the first sub-signal a first power supply end and an output end of the control sub-circuit are fumed on; and under control of the second sub-signal, the first power supply end and the output end of the control sub-circuit are turned on.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an OLED touch panel, comprising: a substrate; a cathode and an anode, arranged on the substrate, wherein the cathode comprise a plurality of sub-cathodes; and at least one touch driving electrode, arranged on a same layer as the anode and separated from the anode, wherein the touch driving electrode is disposed to be intersected with the sub-cathodes; wherein the OLED touch panel is configured to, at a displaying phase, apply a driving signal for displaying on the cathode or the anode, so as to drive an OLED device, and applying, at a touching phase, a driving signal for touching on the touch driving electrode, so that at least a part of the sub-cathodes are operated as touch sensing electrodes, to output a touch sensing signal. The present disclosure also provides a display apparatus comprising the above OLED touch panel and a method for driving the same. The present disclosure uses the anode and cathode layer of the OLED device as an electrode layer of the touch sensor. Thus, by performing the touching and displaying of the touch display in a time sharing manner, the electrode layer can be omitted, and the thinner touch display can be manufactured.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a shift register unit, a gate driving circuit and driving method thereof, and a display apparatus. The shift register unit comprises a first controlling sub-circuit, a second controlling sub-circuit, a first pulling up sub-circuit, a second pulling up sub-circuit, a first pulling down sub-circuit and a second pulling down sub-circuit. The first controlling sub-circuit controls the potential at the first node. The voltage of a second clock signal terminal can be outputted to the first and the second outputting terminals by the first and the second pulling down sub-circuits, respectively. The first node, the first clock signal terminal and the second voltage terminal may control the potential at a second node through the second controlling sub-circuit. Under the control of the potential at the second node, the voltage of the second voltage terminal can be outputted to the first and the second outputting terminals.
