    Abstract: This application provides a method and an apparatus for generating road network data of an intersection area, and the intersection area connects a plurality of roads. The method includes: obtaining data of a road link of each of the plurality of roads, where the road link includes an entry link and an exit link; calculating coordinates of an intersection point of an extension line of the entry link of each road and an extension line of an exit link of a neighboring road based on the data of the road link of each of the plurality of roads, where the coordinates of the intersection point are coordinates of an intersection node; and the neighboring road is a road counterclockwise adjacent to the road; or the neighboring road is a road clockwise adjacent to the road, where two intersection nodes in sequence are endpoints of an intra-intersection link.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an MBMS service communication method and a base station, and relate to the communication field. The method includes: A source base station obtains first group identity information of an MBMS service of a terminal device in a neighboring cell; and the source base station sends the first group identity information to the terminal device. In this application, after moving to or accessing the neighboring cell, the terminal device may continue to receive service content and information of the MBMS service based on the first group identity information that is of the MBMS service in the neighboring cell and that is obtained from the source base station.

    Abstract: Example neighboring cell relationship configuration methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes: generating a neighboring cell status function identifier by a satellite, where the neighboring cell status function identifier can be used to indicate an inactive state of at least one neighboring cell of a satellite cell. The satellite sends neighboring cell relationship configuration information that includes the neighboring cell status function identifier to a communications device, and the communications device determines a configuration status of a corresponding neighboring cell based on the neighboring cell relationship configuration information.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and discloses a polar code encoding method and apparatus, to improve accuracy of reliability computation and sorting of polar channels. The method is: obtaining a first sequence used to encode K to-be-encoded bits, where the first sequence includes sequence numbers of N polar channels, and the sequence numbers of the N polar channels are arranged in the first sequence based on corresponding reliabilities of the N polar channels, where K is a positive integer, N is a mother code length of a polar code, N is a positive integer that is a power of 2, and K≤N; selecting sequence numbers of K polar channels from the first sequence in descending order of the reliabilities; and placing the to-be-encoded bits based on the selected sequence numbers of the K polar channels, and performing polar code encoding on the to-be-encoded bits.
