摘要: A wireless device receives radio resource control message(s) from a base station. The message(s) comprise configuration parameters comprising: first parameters of first SRSs of a beam management; second parameters of second SRSs of a channel state information acquisition; and a total allowable power value. At least a first SRS of the first SRSs is transmitted. A transmission power of at least a second SRS of the second SRSs is adjusted in response to: a transmission of the at least second SRS overlapping in time with the transmission of the at least first SRS; and a total transmission power exceeding the total allowable power value. The at least second SRS with the adjusted transmission power is transmitted.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more downlink control information. The one or more downlink control information indicate negative acknowledgements. The negative acknowledgements are for one or more first code block groups of a first transport block corresponding to a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process and one or more second code block groups of a second transport block corresponding to a second HARQ process. The wireless device determines that a size of a first configured grant is sufficient to retransmit the one or more first code block groups and the one or more second code block groups. Based on the determining, the wireless device retransmits, via radio resources of the first configured grant, the one or more first code block groups and the one or more second code block groups.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more first radio resource control (RRC) messages. The first RRC messages comprise one or more configuration parameters of a first cell and a second cell. A second RRC message is received. The second RRC message indicates a first change of a first active bandwidth part (BWP) of the first cell. Processing of the second RRC message is completed. A determination is made that the completing occurs during a time duration of a second change of a second active BWP of the second cell. Based on the determining, the first change of the first active BWP is delayed until the second change of the second active BWP is completed.

摘要: A wireless device may receive one or more first messages from a base station. The one or more first messages may comprise first configuration parameters of bandwidth parts of a cell. The first configuration parameters may indicate a first default bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts. A bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts may be activated as an active bandwidth part. One or more second messages may be received. The one or more second messages may comprise second configuration parameter of the cell. The second configuration parameters may indicate a second default bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts. In response to the one or more second messages, the second default bandwidth part may be switched to as the active bandwidth part. One or more uplink signals for the second default bandwidth part may be transmitted in response to the switching.

摘要: A wireless device transmits one or more capability messages to a base station indicating that the wireless device supports a first number of channel state information processes per bandwidth part of a cell. One or more second messages are received that comprise: first configuration parameters of a first plurality of bandwidth parts of a first cell where the first plurality of bandwidth parts comprising a first bandwidth part; second configuration parameters indicating a plurality of channel state information reference signal resources; and third configuration parameters of a second number of channel state information processes for the first bandwidth part where the second number is smaller than or equal to the first number. First reference signals received via the plurality of channel state information reference signal resources are measured. Channel state information for the second number of channel state information processes are transmitted based on the measuring.

摘要: A first base station receives a message from a second base station. The message comprises second bandwidth part (BWP) configuration parameters of a second cell of the second base station. The second BWP configuration parameters comprise: frequency information of a second initial BWP employed for transmission of a random access preamble; and bandwidth information of the second initial BWP. The first base station determines one or more first BWP configuration parameters of a first initial BWP of a first cell of the first base station based on the second BWP configuration parameters. The first base station transmits the one or more first BWP configuration parameters to a wireless device.

The wireless device may determine a connection failure based on expiration of the beam failure recovery timer. The wireless device may transmit a radio link failure report to a first base station based on the connection failure. The radio link failure report may comprise an index of the first beam.

摘要: A wireless device receives a radio resource control message from a first base station. The radio resource control message comprises bandwidth part (BWP) configuration parameters of a plurality of BWPs of a first cell. The BWP configuration parameters comprise: an index of a BWP of the plurality of BWPs; and a field indicating a bandwidth of the BWP. The wireless device receives transport blocks via one or more of the plurality of BWPs based on the BWP configuration parameters. The wireless device detects, during a time that the BWP is active, a connection failure with the first base station. The wireless device transmits a radio link failure report indicating the connection failure. The radio link failure report comprises: a cell identifier of the first cell; and the index of the BWP.

摘要: A wireless device receives a timer value of a DRX on duration timer for a DRX operation; radio resources of a reference signals for a transmission of a layer 1 reference signal received power report; and a report indicator indicating the transmission of the layer 1 reference signal received power report is limited to a time period when the DRX on duration timer is running. The layer 1 reference signal received power report is transmitted at a first time based on the DRX on duration timer running at a predefined time period before the first time. The layer 1 reference signal received power report comprises a layer 1 reference signal received power value and a reference signal resource index associated with one of the reference signal(s). Based on the report indicator, transmitting of the layer 1 reference signal received power report at a second time is skipped in response to the DRX on duration timer not running at the predefined time period before the second time.

The DCI may be received during the monitoring symbol(s). The DCI may comprise first fields identifying the bandwidth part(s) of the cell. The DCI may comprise second field(s) indicating slot formats of the bandwidth part(s). A first slot format of an active bandwidth part of the bandwidth part(s) may be determined based on the first field(s) and the second field(s). The wireless device may transmit transport block(s) in uplink symbol(s) of the active bandwidth part determined based on the first slot format.
