The measurement apparatus and method can be used to perform the measurement in a millimeter wave scenario.

Abstract: A signal scrambling method and apparatus, and a signal descrambling method and apparatus are disclosed. In the signal scrambling method, a communications apparatus scrambles a signal by using a scrambling sequence, and sends the scrambled signal. In the signal descrambling method, a communications apparatus receives a signal, and descrambles the signal by using a scrambling sequence. An initial value of the scrambling sequence is determined based on a time unit number corresponding to a frame structure parameter used for transmitting the signal, so that different scrambling sequences can be used to scramble signals that are transmitted by using different frame structure parameters. Therefore, interference randomization can be implemented for signal scrambling, and this can be applicable to various application scenarios in 5G NR to improve performance.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a radio frame transmission method and a wireless network device. The method includes: receiving PRACH trigger information that is carried in a first transmission subframe in a first radio frame and that is sent by a first wireless network device; and sending, to the first wireless network device in response to the PRACH trigger information, a preamble sequence carried in a second transmission subframe in a second radio frame, where there is a preset first mapping relationship between a subframe number of the first transmission subframe and a subframe number of the second transmission subframe, and a structure of a transmission subframe in the first radio frame is different from a structure of a transmission subframe in the second radio frame.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an uplink transmission power determining method and a user equipment. A user equipment determines a transmission situation of at least one of: a PUCCH, a PUSCH, and an SRS on another cell except a secondary cell in a subframe corresponding to a preamble to be transmitted on the secondary cell, so that the user equipment can determine an uplink transmission power of the user equipment according to the determined transmission situation, thereby solving a problem that it is not provided in the prior art that how a user equipment determines an uplink transmission power of the user equipment when random access is executed through a secondary cell.
