Abstract: A communication path switching method includes: sending, by first user equipment, a first message to a first network device, where the first message is used to request to switch a communication path of the first user equipment from a direct path to an indirect path; receiving, by the first user equipment, a second message sent by the first network device, where the second message carries at least one of first bearer configuration information and first indication information that is used to instruct the first user equipment to perform the communication path switching; and performing, by the first user equipment, the communication path switching based on the first indication information.

Abstract: In the embodiments of the present invention, a base station can determine a relay communication period of remote user equipment by using indication information carried in a resource request of relay user equipment or by using a resource request of the remote user equipment, and allocate a resource in the relay communication period to the relay user equipment, so that the relay user equipment returns a response message to the remote user equipment by using the resource. Therefore, for a request message sent by the remote user equipment, it can be ensured that the relay user equipment returns, in the relay communication period, a response message corresponding to the request message to the remote user equipment, to avoid a case in which the remote user equipment cannot detect the response message, and to reduce a failure probability of a service requested by the remote user equipment.

Abstract: A control information sending method, a control information receiving method, and a device where a first device sends first control information to a second device on a first resource such that second device prepares data information based on the first control information and waits for sending the data information. The first device sends second control information on a second resource different from the first resource such that the second device sends the data information based on the second control information. The first resource is different from the second resource such that a duration of preparing the data information by the second device is greatly greater than an interval between control information and uplink data in one time interval, and the second device has sufficient time to prepare the data information.

Abstract: This application relates to a communication method and device. A remote terminal device receives a first data packet from a relay terminal device by using an SRB1. The SRAP entity is determined before the SRAP header is removed. The remote terminal device configures the SRAP entity based on the configuration information. Abstract: An access network device determines to add, for a remote terminal device, a direct path for connecting a first cell. The remote terminal device is connected to a second cell through an indirect path. The RRC reconfiguration message further indicate not to release the indirect path. When being indicated to switch to the direct path, the remote terminal device may further be indicated not to release the indirect path.
