In an embodiment of a system of the present invention, the system includes a dispatch network and a set of communication devices in communication with the dispatch network. The dispatch network establishes a dispatch multi-party call between the set of communication devices and a sidebar communication between a subset of the set of communication devices, wherein the set of communication devices participate in the dispatch multi-party call and only the subset of communication devices participate in the sidebar communication.

摘要： A new and improved insurance policy with a limit on the number of claims indemnified is herein disclosed. An insurance policy includes a limitation clause, wherein the policy is limited if more than a specified number of claims occur, incidents reported, or losses paid, wherein at least one limitation in the limitation clause is chosen from the group comprising: decreasing payment of defense costs, decreasing payment of loss amount, decreasing payment of both defense costs and payment of loss amount, and terminating the policy. An insurance policy includes a first coverage amount and at least a second coverage amount, the at least a second coverage amount being different than the first coverage amount, wherein the coverage amounts are not per claim coverage amounts. A re-insurance policy includes a coverage amount, the coverage amount insuring an associated primary policy provider against losses for at least a first claim subsequent to a specified number of claims.

摘要： Absorbable stents and absorbable stent coatings have been developed with improved properties. These devices preferably comprise biocompatible copolymers or homopolymers of 4-hydroxybutyrate, and optionally poly-L-lactic acid and other absorbable polymers and additives. Compositions of these materials can be used to make absorbable stents that provide advantageous radial strengths, resistance to recoil and creep, can be plastically expanded on a balloon catheter, and can be deployed rapidly in vivo. Stent coatings derived from these materials provide biocompatible, uniform coatings that are ductile, and can be expanded without the coating cracking and/or delaminating and can be used as a coating matrix for drug incorporation.

摘要： Elastic fasteners for fastening, securing or otherwise holding objects together are disclosed. The elastic fasteners include a head, an elastic shaft, and a retainer clip. The retainer clip includes a slot having a width that is smaller than the diameter of the elastic shaft. The end of the elastic shaft may be pulled to thereby stretch the elastic shaft and to decrease its diameter, allowing the retainer clip to be installed on the elastic shaft by inserting the stretched elastic shaft into the slot of the retainer clip. After the retainer clip is installed on the stretched elastic shaft, the end of the elastic shaft may be released to unstretch the elastic shaft and increase its diameter, thereby engaging in the slot of the retainer clip.
