    摘要: A duplexed network system is formed with a plurality of programmable controllers and two different networks. Each of the programmable controllers includes a CPU unit, a primary communication unit connected to one of these networks (the first network) and a secondary communication unit connected to the other of the networks (the second network). The primary communication unit serves to compile participation status of nodes connected to the first network. The CPU unit gives priority to the primary communication unit when a request to transmit a communication command is issued to both the primary and secondary communication units. The primary communication unit serves to judge, when a request to transmit a communication command to an addressee node is received from the CPU unit, whether transmission to the addressee node is possible based on the participation status of the first network, to transmit the communication command if the transmission is judged to be possible and to request the secondary communication unit to transmit the communication command if the transmission is judged to be not possible.

The transmission includes a first gear attached to the input shaft, a first counter gear attached to a countershaft in parallel with the input shaft to receive the rotation of the first gear, a second counter gear fixed to the countershaft and rotating therewith, and a second gear aligned with the input shaft and rotatably supported along the input shaft to receive the rotation of the second counter gear. High speed-side and low speed-side output parts are attached to the first and second gears respectively. The center differential is disposed between the high speed-side and low speed-side output parts. An engaging device disposed adjacent the center differential selectively engages with the high speed-side and low speed-side output parts.

An outer diameter D1 of the cylindrical portion 6 is larger than an inner diameter D2 of the outer tubular portion.

    摘要: A transfer device in a four-wheel drive vehicle is provided in a simple construction wherein even an overstroke does not affect the shift position and thus eliminates the need of a highly accurate control for stop positions. The transfer device includes a high-speed/low-speed shifting shaft and a two-wheel/four-wheel shifting shaft disposed side by side in proximity to each other. A first elliptic groove and a first semicircular groove are formed in an outer peripheral surface of the high-speed/low-speed shifting shaft in an axially spaced relation to each other and a second semicircular groove corresponding to the first elliptic groove and a second elliptic groove corresponding to the first semicircular groove are formed in an outer peripheral surface of the two-wheel/four-wheel shifting shaft in an axially spaced relation to each other. An axially moveable shifting yoke is loosely fitted on the first and second shifting shafts while embracing the shifting shaft portions corresponding to the first and second elliptic grooves and the first and second semicircular grooves. A first ball and a second ball are disposed within the shifting yoke between the shifting shafts. The first ball engages or disengages from the first elliptic groove and the second semicircular groove and the second ball engages or disengages with the first semicircular groove and the second elliptic groove, with axial movement of the shifting yoke. This arrangement requires only one actuator to move the shifting yoke axially and eliminates the need for select operation of a lever.

    摘要: In order to simulate, using a computer, a profile of sputter deposition on a contact hole formed on a semiconductor wafer, a plurality of trajectories of particles emitted from a sputter target are calculated. One of the trajectories is directed to a first coordinate point which is included in the profile of sputter deposition and with which an amount of sputter deposition is calculated. Thereafter, a plurality of shadow judgment planes are successively defined with respect to all coordinate points, after which a check is made to determine if the above mentioned one of the plurality of trajectories crosses each of said plurality of shadow judgment planes.
