    Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, provided is a method for performing wireless communication by a first apparatus. The method may comprise: obtaining sidelink (SL) discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration including information related to an active time of a second apparatus, receiving, from a base station, first information related to a first SL resource and second information related to an uplink (UL) resource, and transmitting, to the base station, SL hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback information on the UL resource based on a time domain of the first SL resource not being included within the active time of the second apparatus. The SL HARQ feedback information may be SL HARQ acknowledge (ACK) information.

    Abstract: A sidelink relay related operating method of a relay user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes receiving a first message including a first cause value from a remote UE by the relay UE, configuring a second cause value based on the first cause value by the relay UE, and attempting RRC connection to a base station (BS) by transmitting a second message including the second cause value by the relay UE, and in this case, the first message is related to trigger of attempting RRC connection, and whether configuration of the second cause value of the relay UE is dependent upon the first cause value is determined based on a type of the first cause value.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for flexible resource configuration for unicast vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication in new radio access technology (NR) is provided. The wireless is configured with a monitoring channel busy ratio (CBR) threshold and an entering CBR threshold. While performing sidelink transmission in a first transmission mode by using a third resource pool among at least one first resource pool for the first transmission mode, the wireless device measures a CBR of the third resource pool, and monitors at least one second resource pool for a second transmission mode based on that the CBR of the third resource pool is higher than the monitoring CBR threshold. Upon satisfying a condition related to the entering CBR threshold, the wireless device can perform sidelink transmission in the first transmission mode by using both the third resource pool and a fourth resource pool among the at least second resource pool.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for a user equipment (UE) to transmit a medium access control protocol data unit (MAC PDU) in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus supporting the same. The method may include: allocating resource grants on multiple carriers; selecting a first carrier among the multiple carriers, based on allocated time of the resource grants; allocating a resource of the selected first carrier to a logical channel with the highest priority; and transmitting the MAC PDU, by using the resource of the selected first carrier.
