Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, provided is a method for performing wireless communication by a first apparatus. The method may comprise: obtaining sidelink (SL) discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration including information related to an active time of a second apparatus, receiving, from a base station, first information related to a first SL resource and second information related to an uplink (UL) resource, and transmitting, to the base station, SL hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback information on the UL resource based on a time domain of the first SL resource not being included within the active time of the second apparatus. The SL HARQ feedback information may be SL HARQ acknowledge (ACK) information.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for flexible resource configuration for unicast vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication in new radio access technology (NR) is provided. The wireless is configured with a monitoring channel busy ratio (CBR) threshold and an entering CBR threshold. While performing sidelink transmission in a first transmission mode by using a third resource pool among at least one first resource pool for the first transmission mode, the wireless device measures a CBR of the third resource pool, and monitors at least one second resource pool for a second transmission mode based on that the CBR of the third resource pool is higher than the monitoring CBR threshold. Upon satisfying a condition related to the entering CBR threshold, the wireless device can perform sidelink transmission in the first transmission mode by using both the third resource pool and a fourth resource pool among the at least second resource pool.

Abstract: According to the present disclosure, a user equipment (UE) selects a carrier among a plurality of carriers, receives information on a channel busy ratio (CBR) threshold from a network, and triggers a carrier reselection. When a CBR of the carrier satisfies the CBR threshold, e.g. the CBR of the carrier is below than the CBR threshold, the UE keeps using the carrier. That is, the carrier reselection is not performed when the CBR of the carrier satisfies the CBR threshold. On the other hand, when a CBR of the carrier does not satisfy the CBR threshold, the UE performs the carrier reselection.
