Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and device for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system. According to the present invention, provided is a method comprising a step of receiving, from a network node, a request message requesting an E-UTRAN radio access bearer (E-RAB) configuration for data transmission and reception of a mission critical service (MCS), wherein the request message includes indication information for permitting transmission and reception of the data in at least one first measurement gap, when data of the MCS is generated in the at least one first measurement gap, transmitting, to the terminal, at least one of measurement gap information related to the at least one first measurement gap in which the indication information or the data is transmitted, and transmitting, to the terminal, the data in the at least one measurement gap.

Abstract: Provided are a method and device for transmitting control information in a wireless communication system. In particular, a base station transmits, to a terminal, an RNTI mapped to a downlink terminal group or an uplink terminal group including a terminal, and a terminal ID instructing the terminal in the downlink terminal group or the uplink terminal group. The RNTI and the terminal ID are used to set control information, and the control information includes an identification information field instructing whether scheduling information on the terminal exists, a scheduling information field for the terminals in each terminal group, and a first CRC field. The first CRC field is encoded for the scheduling information field for the terminals in each terminal group. The set control information is transmitted to the terminal.

Abstract: Provided are a method and device for transmitting control information in a wireless communication system. In particular, a downlink resource block group including a downlink resource block in a downlink frequency bandwidth is set, and an uplink resource block group including an uplink resource block in an uplink frequency bandwidth is set. If the downlink frequency bandwidth is smaller than the uplink frequency bandwidth, the downlink resource block group is mapped to the uplink resource block group. The ratio of the number of uplink resource blocks to the number of downlink resource blocks is set so that the number of uplink resource block groups and the number of downlink resource block groups become the same. The uplink and downlink resource block groups are mapped according to the ratio. Control information on the mapping is transmitted through the downlink resource block groups.
