Abstract: The present document relates to a method for performing a vehicle-to-X (V2X) transmission performed by a terminal supporting carrier aggregation (CA) of a plurality of carriers in a wireless communication system, wherein the method determines a first carrier to be used as a synchronization reference among the plurality of carriers and performs the V2X transmission on the basis of the determination, wherein at least one carrier of the carriers not used as the synchronization reference is a second carrier, and the terminal reduces the transmission power on the second carrier, maintains the transmission of a packet on the second carrier, or drops a packet on the second carrier.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for clearing a retransmission resource based on hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) in a wireless communication system is provided. A first wireless device configured to operate in a wireless communication system transmits, to a second wireless device, a data unit by using a first resource in a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process. Upon receiving an acknowledgement (ACK) in response to the data unit, the first wireless device clears a second resource to be used for retransmission of the data unit, and flushes a buffer of the HARQ process.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for resource selection for multiple hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device, which is configured with one or more resource pools for autonomous resource selection, determines a number of sidelink processes, and generates a selected sidelink grant for the determined number of the sidelink processes. The wireless device triggers a sidelink resource reselection based on a resource mapped to a specific sidelink process from among the sidelink processes, and reselects sidelink resources mapped to the specific sidelink process from the selected sidelink grant.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for bandwidth parts (BWPs) deactivation and discontinuous reception (DRX) for communication between wireless devices is provided. A first wireless device operating in a wireless communication system performs transmission of a media access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) to a second wireless device, and starts a discontinuous (DRX) hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round trip time (RTT) timer for a HARQ process ID after end of a specific repetition of the transmission of the MAC PDU. The first wireless device starts a DRX retransmission timer based on 1) the DRX HARQ RTT timer being expired, and 2) a number of transmissions of the MAC PDU not reaching a maximum number of transmissions, and monitors a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) carrying a sidelink retransmission grant during an active time including a time interval for which the DRX retransmission timer is running.
