摘要: A profile creation system is provided to enable easy communications within virtual spaces. URLs and categories are stored in the category DB 13, such that the URLs and the categories are correlated to each other. Every time a user sends a URL on a conversation system such as the IRC, a category that corresponds to the URL is identified, and stored in the user data DB 14 such that the category is correlated to the user. By having valid periods in the entries of the user data DB 14, it is possible to create a profile that reflects a user's current status. It is also possible to include rating data in the user data DB 14, along with the category. By processing messages within a channel based on the rating data and user's category, it is possible to make communications within a virtual space easier and more effective.

摘要: A mediation computer accepts service linkage request condition information, which indicates a service linkage condition and requests service linkage, from a first service providing computer and accepts service linkage permission condition information, which indicates a condition for permitting service linkage, from a second service providing computer. The mediation computer generates a linkage service list, which shows a combination of services that can be linked, on the basis of the accepted service linkage request condition information and service linkage permission condition information. It becomes possible to provide a user with linkage service including a plurality of combined services by which both of the user and the servicer can request merits.

摘要: A dialogue system, a dialogue method, and a recording medium storing a computer program are provided for allowing a third party to assist effectively a plurality of dialogues, without causing a sense of discomfort to the users. In a dialogue system for performing automatic answering to a voice, a dialogue assistance apparatus is provided that is connected in a state permitting transmission and reception of data. The dialogue assistance apparatus performs the following operations of suspending a dialogue when the dialogue is not established meaningfully; displaying a plurality of recognition candidates for an utterance received last in the dialogue suspended by the dialogue suspending means; receiving one recognition candidate selected from a plurality of the candidates; and sending out the selected candidate. When the one candidate is received from the dialogue assistance apparatus, the dialogue is resumed according to the dialogue scenario information starting at the portion having been suspended.

摘要: A data processing apparatus edits an actual data portion excluding a header from data transmitted by streaming transmission from a first information processing apparatus after start of streaming transmission. The data processing apparatus transmits edited actual data portion and header to a second information processing apparatus by streaming transmission. The second information processing apparatus reproduces the voice data or the animation data transmitted by streaming transmission. The actual data portion is edited so that the voice data or the animation data to be transmitted may be reproducible in the second information processing apparatus, and so that a program may become unexecutable even if it would be transmitted to the second information processing apparatus. Even if the voice data or the animation data transmitted from the first information processing apparatus by streaming transmission would be deteriorated, an executable virus program does not transmitted to the second information processing apparatus, thereby that makes it possible to realize the streaming transmission method which can realize simple and high security.

摘要: According to an instruction manual generated by an instruction manual generator, a process log of a practical process performed by a plurality of instruction executers is acquired. A command described in the instruction manual is extracted, and extracted commands are extracted from each process log. The sections of the process logs sectioned by the extracted commands are numbered, and the number of executions of the commands different from the extracted command is counted. When the variance of the number of the executions of a command in a section common in the plurality of process logs is larger than a specified value, the possibility of an unclear description in the corresponding section in the instruction manual is displayed for notification of a different process performed for each instruction executer.

摘要: A user state presumption system and method determines whether a user has exhibited a specific intended behavior that is an aim of service(s) provided by analyzing data of a series of accesses of the user made relative to the service(s). An intended behavior probability calculator is provided which calculates, every predetermined period, a proportion of users who have exhibited the intended behavior among the plurality of users and records the obtained proportion calculated to implement the user state presumption system and method.

摘要: An apparatus generates configuration group information by classifying, based on first log information storing messages outputted by a first plurality of configuration items of a first system, into first configuration groups each including one or more configuration items that have outputted messages having a commonality. The apparatus generates relation class information that defines, in association with the first configuration groups, first one or more message propagation relations. The apparatus classifies a second plurality of configuration items of a second system into second configuration groups included in the first configuration groups, based on the configuration group information and second log information storing messages outputted by the second plurality of configuration items, and applies second one or more message propagation relations that are associated, by the relation class information, with third configuration groups included in the second configuration groups, to the second plurality of configuration items.
