摘要: A scripted hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) request that encapsulates embedded scripted code that specifies each of a requested data search, search result data manipulation, and generation of visualized output of the manipulated search result data is received at a server. The embedded scripted code received within the scripted HTTP request that specifies each of the requested data search, the requested search result data manipulation, and the requested generation of the visualized output of the manipulated search result data is executed. Visualized output of the manipulated search result data are returned as a single HTTP response to the received scripted HTTP request.

摘要: Systems and methods for automated aggregated content commenting are disclosed herein. Such a system can include a memory including a content database; an evaluation criteria database; and a comment database. The system can include at least one server. The at least one server can: receive a content identifier; receive a user identifier; provide a representation of the piece of content to the user; receive a comment from the user identifying a portion of the piece of content; generate a portion of the comment database linked to the user and the content; generate an entry in the portion of the comment database linked to the user and the content; and store the comment in the entry in the portion of the comment database.

摘要: A user media device may include a microphone array and a communication interface. The microphone array may include an omnidirectional microphone and a directional microphone. The microphone array may be selectively switchable. The communication interface may communicatively couple the user media device with a computer and may transmit audio captured by the microphone array to the computer for transfer to a remote service. The remote service may generate text of the processed audio via natural language processing. The remote service may further perform semantic reasoning of the processed audio via a semantic reasoning engine. The remote service may also generate content based at least in part on the semantic reasoning performed on the processed audio. The curated content may include a report having results of the semantic reasoning organized to demonstrate the results in a meaningful way with respect to the processed audio.

摘要: A method for indexing with redundant information. The method may identify unknown code points for a document in response to an indexing request for the document. The method may further convert the identified unknown code points into a plurality of converted code points. Each set of converted code points of the plurality uses a different codepage. The method may further identify sets of same code points and sets of redundant code points from the plurality of converted code points. The method may build an index based on the sets of same code points and the sets of redundant code points.

摘要: Provided is a process of refining Boolean queries, the process including: obtaining a query; searching a corpus of documents based on the query; selecting narrowing terms that pertain to respective subsets of the responsive documents; selecting broadening terms related to the query; instructing the user's computing device to present a graphical user interface comprising: graphical representations of the narrowing terms; graphical representations of the broadening terms; and one or more user inputs by which the user refines the query by adding a selected narrowing term or a selected broadening term; obtaining a user selection of a broadening term or a narrowing term; forming a refined query based on the user selection; searching at least part of the corpus based on the refined query to identify refined responsive documents; and instructing the user's computing device to present an updated graphical user interface with information about the refined responsive documents.

摘要: A computer-implemented method executed on one or more processors is provided for processing a query for a NoSQL (non-structured query language) database. The computer-implemented method includes periodically monitoring active transactions that started and are committing dirty versions before a specific time, sending a query to fetch a state of the active transactions, and receiving a query result. The computer-implemented method further includes, if the query result includes active transactions, performing a normal query that scans dirty and committed versions. The computer-implemented method further includes, if the query result includes no active transactions, due to a time window indicating a specified staleness, sending a simplified query that scans only committed versions.

摘要: A method by a computer includes receiving a search query from a user equipment, where the search query defines a logical combination of terms to be searched within a defined interval of records of a log stream. An estimate is generated for the number of occurrences of the logical combination of terms in the defined interval of records. A message containing the estimate for the number of occurrences of the logical combination of terms in the defined interval of records is communicated toward the user equipment.

摘要: A computer detects a question from a participant and determines whether the question is marked to be directed to a particular participant. If marked, the question is directed towards the particular participant, otherwise the question is transmitted to all participants of the web conference. If the computer does not detect an answer to the question from a participant, the participants are reminded of the unanswered question. If the computer detects an answer from a participant, the computer determines whether the answer has been marked by the answering participant as related to another question and answer thread. The computer moves the question and answer to the related thread if marked as related, otherwise the question and answer are saved as a new thread. The entirety of the web conference threads are then saved by the computer in an organized database.

摘要: Technologies are described herein for executing queries expressed with reference to a structured query language against unstructured data. A user issues a structured query through a traditional structured data management (“SDM”) application. Upon receiving the structured query, an SDM driver analyzes the structured query and extracts a data structure from the unstructured data, if necessary. The structured query is then converted to an unstructured query based on the extracted data structure. The converted unstructured query may then be executed against the unstructured data. Results from the query are reorganized into structured data utilizing the extracted data structure and are then presented to the user through the SDM application.

摘要: Generating search results is disclosed, including: sorting a plurality of sets of web page information into one or more groups based on vendors associated with respective ones of the plurality of sets of web page information; for a group of sets of web page information associated with a vendor, determining a value included in the group of sets of web page information as an attribute value of a first attribute associated with the vendor; and determining whether a set of web page information of the group of sets of web page information associated with the vendor is to be included in search results based at least in part on whether a search query corresponds to the attribute value of the first attribute associated with the vendor.
