    Abstract: Techniques are provided for utilizing sidelink communications in response to a timing source outage. An example method for utilizing sidelink communications in response to a timing source outage according to the disclosure includes detecting the timing source outage associated with a first node, determining a second node experiencing a loss of services due to least in part on the timing source outage in the first node, determining a third node with a valid timing source, determining one or more relay nodes based at least in part on a location of the second node and a location of the third node, and providing one or more services to the second node via the one or more relay nodes.

In an aspect, a positioning entity determines an initial set of wireless links over which positioning reference signals (PRS) are measured by a network node engaged in a positioning session, identifies a subset of wireless links of the initial set of wireless links based on an expected positioning measurement associated with a corresponding wireless link of the initial set of wireless links, a location of an anchor node associated with the corresponding wireless link, and an observed positioning measurement for the corresponding wireless link, and determines a location of the network node based on observed positioning measurements of the identified subset of wireless links.

    Abstract: Frequency-dependent changes in beam shapes of transmitted RF signals can be provided to a receiving device. Beam shape information can include, for example, gain of a beam and a plurality of azimuth and elevation directions, boresight and width of a main lobe (and optionally side lobes) of the beam, information regarding a pattern of antenna elements of an antenna panel used to transmit the beam, and/or similar information. The type of information provided can dictate the amount of overhead required, and we therefore vary depending on the means by which the information is conveyed. Additional detail is provided in the embodiments described herein.
