摘要： Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for semi-centralized routing. In one aspect, a computer-implemented method receives a network protocol packet at a router adapted for routing data packets to one or more additional routers. The network protocol packet conforms to a routing protocol that provides distributed routing computation. The method also sends the network protocol packet, through a controller, to a selected one of a plurality of route control servers. The method also processes the network control packet at the selected route control server to generate a routing computation result that conforms to the routing protocol. The method also generates routing information based on the routing computation. The routing information conforms to a control protocol that provides centralized routing computation. The method also sends the routing information to the router for routing of data packets based on the control protocol.

A management channel for enabling automatic access in the event that an indication is received that data network connectivity does not meet performance or configuration criteria, wherein the management channel enables automatic access to the cellular network device for administrative maintenance or reporting.

摘要： One embodiment of the present invention provides a switch. The switch includes a local identifier associated with the switch, a receiving interface, a loop detection mechanism, and an interface control mechanism. The receiving interface identifies a loop-detection frame which includes an identifier associated with originating switch of the frame. The loop detection mechanism detects a loop based on a match of the identifier associated with the originating switch and the local identifier. The interface control mechanism is coupled to the loop detection mechanism and precludes, in response to detecting a loop, the receiving interface from forwarding frames corresponding to the loop.

摘要： A content manager receives digital content. The content manager modifies original digital content in accordance with a set of effects to produce modified digital content. Application of the set of effects modifies how the digital content is subsequently played back by one or more media player applications. In addition to applying effect, the content manager creates metadata identifying the set of effects applied to the original digital content to produce the modified digital content. The content manager then initiates distribution of the modified digital content and the corresponding metadata over a network. The metadata associated with the digital content identifies the set of effects applied to the received digital content prior to the distribution. Accordingly, other entities in a network environment can identify which effects have been applied to a corresponding set of digital content.
