    Abstract: Provided are an information processing method, apparatus and system. The method includes acquiring first information; and performing contention-based access and transmitting a sounding reference signal (SRS) according to the first information, where the first information includes at least one of the followings: a frame structure, a listen-before-talk (LBT) execution position, a SRS transmission position and dedicated indication signaling. The present disclosure solves a collision problem that occurs when a LBT detection position and a SRS transmission position are both on a last OFDM symbol of a subframe in the related art and achieves effects of improving a probability that a UE accesses a channel and increasing SRS transmission opportunities.

    Abstract: A method for performing listen-before-talk (LBT) on multiple unlicensed carrier includes: performing, by a station, an individual LBT mechanism on each of unlicensed carriers to be aggregated to obtain a right to use the each of the unlicensed carriers; or configuring, by the station, a same LBT mechanism for the unlicensed carriers to be aggregated, performing a unified LBT mechanism on each of the unlicensed carriers to be aggregated to obtain the right to use each of the unlicensed carriers; or grouping, by the station, the unlicensed carriers to be aggregated, performing a corresponding LBT mechanism on each group of unlicensed carriers to obtain a right to use the each group of unlicensed carriers.

    Abstract: A spectrum resource allocation method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: determining a resource allocation pattern of nodes according to a preset parameter, wherein the preset parameter comprises at least one of: a starting position of a frequency domain or an offset of the frequency domain, an ending position of the frequency domain, a length of consecutively allocated resources or a size of consecutively allocated clusters, a number of clusters or a number of resource sets, a period T, a number of multiplexing nodes in frequency domain resources, or a number of allocatable resources in a system; and obtaining a corresponding resource allocation indicator value r by the resource allocation pattern determined by at least one of the preset parameters in a preset encoding mode. The resource allocation indicator value r is used for indicating resource position information allocated to a terminal UE.

    Abstract: Provided are a method and a device for sending by occupying an unlicensed carrier, and an access point. The method includes that an access point occupies an unlicensed carrier according to a continuous occupation mode and sending data and/or signals on the unlicensed carrier; or the access point occupies the unlicensed carrier according to the continuous occupation mode or an ordinary mode and sends a downlink reference signal on the unlicensed carrier according to a preset policy. The technical solution provided by the present document can reduce the time needed for the access point to process operations such as synchronization and CSI acquisition other than data sending after the access point preempts a resource at each time.
