Materials, such as wicking materials, for use in the bra, as well as other active wear, are also provided. The brassiere may include breast-supporting pads having a pad component including a perforated, molded foam cup encased by an inner and a first outer cloth layers and a second outer cloth attached to the outside of the pad component. The cloths may include materials that are breathable and may have wicking properties. In addition to the pad, the brassiere may include a wicking layer adapted to lie adjacent a wearer's skin to pull moisture away from the skin. The brassiere may also include an outer layer adapted to lie most distal the user's skin, that may provide an aesthetically pleasing exterior of the brassiere.

In assembling, the two steel rim straps are first sewed to the two bra cups at the lower edges respectively. Then the bra cups, outer fabric, inner fabric and clasp device assembly are respectively coated on the peripheries or the needed joints thereof with adhesive. Finally, the outer fabric, inner fabric, bra cups and clasp device assembly are respectively positioned at a predetermined position of a mold to form a bra by hot pressing.

摘要： An impact resistant woman's brassiere includes two fabric breast cups, each having pockets attached to a plurality of straps to secure the brassiere to a person's torso with a plurality of one or more removable shock absorbing removably insertable pads of high tensile strength polymer material having shape memory along with a plurality of disbursed air-filled bladders. The insert pads include a scattered plurality of vent holes, with fasteners attached to the fabric breast cups in order to anchor the pads within the pockets. Optionally, a pair of underwires are secured onto the lower portion of the breast cup. The material used for the pads is typically urethane. In addition, two or more pads may be inserted into each breast cup to enhance protection and simulate a greater bust size.

摘要： This invention is directed to a wireless support system for a brassiere. The wireless support system comprises a three-dimensional frame having a sling section and a lower frame section. The sling section and lower frame section may be separate pieces that are sewn together in the three-dimensional shape, or they may be one piece that is molded into the desired three-dimensional shape. The lower frame is provided between the underarm areas and fits underneath the breasts. The sling portion comprises two cup portions and two extending arms that reach into the straps of the brassiere to provide lift and support to the breasts. The frame is preferably sewn into the interior of a brassiere between an outer material of the brassiere and an inner material of the brassiere that resides against the wearer's skin.
