摘要: A method for manufacturing waterproof zipper is completed in following steps. Firstly, a release paper is provided, a release side of which is provided with the shape, such as glossy surface, matte surface, figures, patterns, trademarks and characters, required by client. Afterwards, a liquid hot melt glue is applied to the release side, and a heating procedure is performed on the liquid hot melt glue. Subsequently, a zipper is provided, and a hot rolling procedure is performed on the zipper, release paper and liquid hot melt glue, one side of a zipper tape without zipper teeth being bound to the liquid hot melt glue and release paper by hot rolling, the liquid hot melt glue being formed as a waterproof layer. Finally, the release paper is peeled off, so as to form the shape on a surface of waterproof layer contacted with the release side, and complete the waterproof zipper.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a method of assembling a modular rotor blade of a wind turbine. The method includes identifying a main blade structure, constructed at least in part, from at least one of a thermoset or a thermoplastic material. The method also includes identifying at least one blade segment, constructed at least in part, of a thermoplastic material reinforced with at least one of glass fibers or carbon fibers. Thus, the method also includes securing the at least one blade segment to the main blade structure, e.g. via welding.

摘要: The present invention can combine fabrics in a seamless manner by forming at least one bonding pattern line by a process comprising: printing and drying a heat-reactive adhesive on the inner surface of an inner fabric, and/or an outer fabric or an optional mesh material in a predetermined pattern, laminating said inner fabric, optional reinforced material and outer fabric, and then high-frequency heating them under pressing with a pressing pattern the same as the printing pattern to bond the inner fabric, and outer fabric.Since the present invention combines fabrics by employing a high-frequency bonding manner in which a heat-reactive adhesive is used, it is possible to combine fabrics in a seamless manner with a bonding pattern line which is composed of a bonding line with excellent adhesiveness and durability and an aesthetically excellent pattern line with a good clearness and finishing quality.

摘要: A tool for marking the location of a bonding plate concealed beneath a roof membrane. The tool has a magnetic attraction to the bonding plate and causes a marking assembly to vertically lower toward the roof membrane and rotate on an axle. Rotation of the marking assembly and vertical lowering causes the marking implement to come into contact with the roof membrane at a location corresponding to the location of the bonding plate beneath the roof membrane. A brake restricts the rotation of the marking assembly on the axle by coming into contact with an inner edge of a chassis. Contact between the marking implement and the roof membrane and the restriction of rotation of the marking assembly by the brake cause the marking implement to create a visible mark at a position corresponding to the location of the bonding plate beneath the roof membrane.

摘要: A suture and a suture retainer are positioned relative to body tissue. Ultrasonic vibratory energy is utilized to heat the suture retainer and effect a bonding of portions of the suture retainer to each other and/or to the suture. Portions of the body tissue may be pressed into linear apposition with each other and held in place by cooperation between the suture and the suture retainer. The suture retainer may include one or more portions between which the suture extends. The suture retainer may include sections which have surface areas which are bonded together. If desired, the suture may be wrapped around one of the sections of the suture retainer. The suture retainer may be formed with a recess in which the suture is received. If desired, the suture retainer may be omitted and the sections of the suture bonded to each other.
