    摘要: The apparatus and method comprise a concrete float with a vibratory additive broadcaster assembly attached therewith. The broadcaster assembly is suspended above the plane of the finishing tool with a vibratory source attached. The broadcaster assembly is filled with an additive and the apparatus is placed on a wet, concrete surface which is to be treated and finished, by a user. Actuation of a power switch by the user activates the vibratory source resulting in the substantial broadcast of additive on to the concrete surface at the desired location(s) on the slab as determined by the user. The additive is then integrated into the concrete by passage of the float over the treated concrete surface.

    摘要: A screed machine is formed with a forwardly positioned screed assembly including a wedge portion and pivoted wing members. The frame is supported on two rollers spaced behind the screed assembly, which is mounted on a mast for vertical movement in conjunction with a laser receiver that provides a signal from a laser level indicating the final desired grade of the stone base. The machine can be turned at a corner by extension of a jack stand to elevate the machine for rotation about the axis defined by the centrally located jack stand so that the screed machine can be redirected into a different direction without disturbing the final grade of the stone base. The screed machine is manually moved along the stone base by an operator pulling on the handle pivotally connected to the frame. A sight line provides a monitor for the lateral orientation of the screed assembly.

    摘要: An apparatus (10) for leveling a layer of stone dust (24) of a foundation pad for a retaining wall, having a support assembly (12) and a scraper assembly (18). A pair of leveled guide rails (16) are utilized in parallel to support the scraper assembly such that the scraper assembly is longitudinally movable therealong. Each guide rail (16) is supported at each end by a respective support post (30) and is adjustably positionable vertically with respect to each support post such that both guide rails are levelable. The scraper assembly (18) includes a crossbar (42) with linear bearings (44) supported by respective ones of the guide rails, and also includes a depending pole (46) having a scraper blade (26) adjustably affixed at a bottom end thereof, the scraper blade being adjustable to level a bottom scraper edge (28) thereof. A method is disclosed whereby support posts (30) are positionable in pairs along the foundation pad, one post of each pair on a respective side thereof, guide rails (16) are leveled by adjusting guide rail supports (40) of each post (30), the scraper assembly (18) is positionable on the guide rails, the scraper blade is adjusted to level the bottom edge (28), and the scraper assembly is movable along the guide rails for the bottom scraper edge to level the layer of stone dust (24) along the top of the foundation pad.
