摘要: A chain includes a plurality of inner links and a plurality of outer links. Each of the inner links includes a pair of inner plates each having a bush hole and a bush. The bush includes both end portions which are press-fitted into bush holes of the pair of the inner plates. Each of the outer links includes a pair of outer plates and a pin. A diametric dimension in a pitch direction of an inner diametric surface of the bush is constant along an entire axial length of the bush. A diametric dimension in a height direction of the inner diametric surface at each of the both end portions of the bush is smaller than a diametric dimension in the height direction of the inner diametric surface at an intermediate part of the bush located between the pair of inner plates.

摘要: Embodiments herein provide formed wire tie strap for a saw chain. Embodiments also provide a saw chain including one or more formed wire tie straps. The formed wire tie strap may include a body with one or more integrated rivets extending from the body. In some embodiments, the body may be substantially flat. The rivet may include a rivet head configured to engage a rivet hole of an opposing tie strap and a shoulder configured to engage a rivet hole of a connecting link, such as a drive link. Some embodiments of the formed wire tie strap may include a pair of integrated rivets extending from the body. Some embodiments may include a rivet hole disposed in the body of the formed wire tie strap.

摘要: A pin assembly for a chain of a material moving system includes a pin having a first end and a second end, the first end having a threaded portion extending to a guide region having a reduced cross-section compared to the threaded portion, the threaded portion being at least partially modified during fabrication of the pin, the guide region extending to a transition region of increasing cross-section with respect to the guide region from the first end toward the second end, the transition region terminating at a shoulder. A fastener is configured to engage the threaded portion during construction of the chain. During construction of the chain, the pin and the fastener form a compression fit therebetween in response to a predetermined torque applied to the fastener, damaging at least a segment of the fastener, substantially limiting reuse of the fastener after the fastener has been disassembled from the pin.

摘要: To obtain a compact structure and to increase at the same time the structural stiffness of an apparatus for plastically deforming and strengthening the links, which are intercoupled by rocker pins, of a complete endless transmission chain, said apparatus comprises a first and a second pair respectively of conical supporting surfaces for the ends which protrude outside said links of the rocker pins of a transmission chain, mounted thereon, said surfaces having a controllable mutual distance, the invention propose to add a third similar pair of supporting surfaces, provided for cooperation with the first and second shaft. This measure also speeds up the treatment of the transmission chain.

摘要: A chain includes a plurality of link assemblies connected with each other. One of the adjacent link assemblies has a first pair of plates disposed apart in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the chain and a pair of hollow cylindrical bushes press-fitted to the first pair of plates. The other of the adjacent link assemblies has a second pair of plates disposed apart in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the chain so as to locate at the outside of the first pair of plates and a pin penetrated through the bush and press-fitted to the second pair of plates. A moisture absorption member which retains lubricant oil between the bush and the pin is placed between facing surfaces of the first and second plates. The moisture absorption member has a large deformation amount and a small restoration amount.
