Abstract: A hitching system for connecting a towed vehicle to a towing vehicle comprising: a connector member for engaging with a connection point on the towing vehicle; a shaft member connected at one end to the connector member and at a second opposing end to a housing fixed to the towed vehicle; a plurality of sensor elements mounted to said shaft member, at least one of the sensor elements configured to measure a lateral force present in the shaft member during towing of the towed vehicle by the towing vehicle; and a computer processor mounted with respect to the towed vehicle for receiving a signal from at least one of the sensor elements representative of the measure of the lateral force present in the shaft member and processing said signal to control motion of the towed vehicle.

Abstract: A robotic system that includes a body, a hitch assembly coupled to the body, and a sensor array coupled to the body. The robotic system includes a processor and operating logic containing programming instructions thereon that, when executed, causes the processor to detect, via the sensor array, a location of a vehicle relative to the body. The programming instructions of the operating logic further cause the processor to detect, via the sensor array, a position of a hitch receiver along the vehicle and move the body toward the vehicle to position the hitch assembly proximate to the hitch receiver. Abstract: This invention relates to an auxiliary tool for automobiles, particularly a car latch pedal including a pedal. The pedal comprises a bottom clamp groove and a first connecting hole at one end; The bracket has a hook on one side of the end and a adjusting hole on the other side of the same end. The car latch is positioned between the hook and the bottom clamp groove. The elastic block is fixed at the other end of the bracket. Small in size, the car latch pedal can be conveniently carried around by cars. Fixing the car latch at proper height will make it convenient to stably load or unload items at the car roof. The angle of the car latch can be adjusted to remain horizontal, avoiding damages to car paints or deformations of door frames.

Abstract: A trailer hitch is disclosed. A weight distribution hitch includes an attachment member with a forward end which attaches to a vehicle and a rearward end which pivotally connects to a trailer. The weight distribution hitch also includes a moment bar which attaches to the attachment member on one and tension mechanism on the other. The tension mechanism is mounted on a frame of the trailer and provides an upward force on the moment bar which imposes a moment on the attachment member. Center lines of the attachment member, moment bar, and the vehicle are all in a vertical plane. The weight distribution hitch may also include an aperture disposed in the moment bar through which the tension mechanism passes.
