摘要： A trailer coupler assembly facilitates the automatic coupling and decoupling of a trailer. A trailer coupler assembly can include a main body with a frontward-facing opening for receiving a rearwardly oriented trailer ball. A locking assembly can be integrated with the main body and can allow the rearwardly oriented trailer ball to insert into the frontward-facing opening to automatically secure a trailer to a vehicle. A release assembly can interface with the locking assembly to enable the rearwardly oriented trailer ball to be decoupled from the main body.

摘要： A tow bar assembly for use in connecting a towing vehicle to a towed vehicle. The tow bar assembly includes a drawbar and a housing assembly capable of being configured with a supplemental braking system. A connector secures the housing to a tow hitch member, such that two separate, non-planar perpendicular axes of pivotal rotation are created. 摘要： A tow hook assembly includes a U-shaped tow hook received in a housing. The U-shaped tow hook includes first and second legs where the first and second legs each include forward and rearward locking flanges. The legs of the U-shaped tow hooks are received in a housing. The housing includes springs which bias the U-shaped tow hook in a forward direction and the locking flanges prevent the U-shaped tow hook from moving in a forward direction. The springs allow the U-shaped tow hook to deflect in a rearward direction upon a forward impact with the U-shaped tow hook.

摘要： A towing hook attachment structure includes: a towing hook; a bumper reinforcement having: a first wall extending in a vehicle width direction, a wall surface of the first wall facing the vehicle cabin; and an second wall and a third wall respectively extending to the vehicle cabin side from an upper end and a lower end of the first wall; and a nut member fastening the towing hook to the bumper reinforcement. The first, second and third walls are respectively provided with a first, second and third holes. The nut member is fixed to the bumper reinforcement while extending in a vehicle height direction and being inserted in the second hole and the third hole. A tip of the towing hook is inserted in the bumper reinforcement through the through hole and is fastened to the nut member.
