    摘要: An adjustable shoe mounting structure for bicycle brake device is disclosed. Users may use the first adjusting member of the adjusting assembly to be turned relative to the second adjusting member of the adjusting assembly. That is, the first adjusting member may be pulled inwardly to turn an angle. The first adjusting member uses the elasticity of the spring to move axially and the brake shoe may be adjusted the angle by matching convex teeth with different heights of the first adjusting member and the second adjusting member. It may achieve the efficiency of adjusting brake shoe. Also, it has simple structure and is easy to operate while adjusting.

When the screw is screwed in the adjusting hole, the screw is against and pushing the push member, the concave portion of the push member is pushing the roller, and further the roller is rolling to push the horizontal wall to adjust a distance between the first brake shoe and the second brake shoe to be shorter. When the screw is screwed out of the adjusting hole, the push member is pushed back toward the bolt member, and further the horizontal wall is pushed back toward the push member to roll the roller to adjust the distance between the first brake shoe and the second brake shoe to be longer.

    摘要: A bicycle brake apparatus includes a brake arm having an upper portion and a lower portion and a link member having an upper portion and a lower portion. The lower portion of the brake arm and the lower portion of the link member pivot relative to each other around a common pivot axis. A shoe attachment member is disposed on the upper portion of the link member, and a link fixing mechanism is provided for fixing the link member relative to the brake arm. The link fixing mechanism includes a fixing shaft extending from one of the brake arm and the link member and a shaft opening defined by the other one of the brake arm and the link member so that the fixing shaft extends through the shaft opening. A diameter of the shaft opening is greater than a diameter of the fixing shaft, and an adjusting member is disposed in the shaft opening. The adjusting member defines an adjusting opening for receiving the fixing shaft therethrough at a position offset from a center of the shaft opening. Rotation of the adjusting member therefore adjusts the angle and position of the brake shoe relative to the brake arm.

    摘要: A brake caliper assembly includes a brake caliper pivotally mounted to a shaft extending from the front fork of a bicycle, a cam member fixedly received in the frame portion of the caliper and fixedly mounted to the shaft. A pushing member is pivotally received in the frame portion with the lower end engaged with the cam member. A supporting member is biasedly connected to the brake caliper and the brake pad is fixedly connected to the supporting member. The rear side of the supporting member contacts the upper end of the pushing member. A bolt threadedly extends through the bottom of the frame portion so as to contact the cam member so that when rotating the bolt the caliper is pivoted about the shaft and the supporting member is pushed and pivoted by the pushing member which is pivoted by the cam member.
