摘要: A water vehicle includes: a water vehicle body; a control target mounted on the water vehicle body and controlled to operate the water vehicle body; and processing circuitry configured to acquire requested values used to operate the water vehicle body and generate, based on the requested values, command values to be output to the control target. The processing circuitry switches a control mode between a towing mode in which the water vehicle tows a towed target and a non-towing mode in which the water vehicle does not tow the towed target. When the control mode is the towing mode, the processing circuitry generates, based on the requested value, a second command value that is the command value different from a first command value that is the command value generated based on the requested value when the control mode is the non-towing mode.

摘要: A small watercraft system includes: a watercraft body; a watercraft body manipulation member through which a watercraft body manipulation command is input by an operator; a drive source that allows the watercraft body to plane; a steering device that allows the watercraft body to be steered; and a control device that controls the drive source and the steering device to operate the watercraft body. The control device determines whether a mode switching condition is satisfied, the mode switching condition including an operator's absence condition that the operator is absent from the watercraft body. Upon determining that the mode switching condition is satisfied, the control device executes an operator-absent manipulation mode in which the control device moves the watercraft body by controlling the drive source and the steering device based on an operator-absent manipulation command independent of the watercraft body manipulation command.

摘要: One example provides an electric watercraft including a jet propulsion system to form a water jet to provide thrust to propel the watercraft, an electric motor to drive the jet propulsion system, a battery system to power the motor, an accelerator which can be actuated over an accelerator actuation range to control the motor to adjust an amount of thrust provided by the water jet, and a steering mechanism operable over a steering range to steer the watercraft. A controller receives information indicative of a speed of the watercraft and enables an otherwise disabled off-throttle steering functionality when the speed exceeds a predetermined speed threshold. When the off-throttle steering functionality is enabled, the controller activates the off-throttle steering functionality in response to off-throttle steering conditions being satisfied, and when the off-throttle steering functionality is disabled, prevents activation of the off-throttle steering functionality when the off-throttle steering conditions are satisfied.

A hydrojet unit is removably attached to the motor pod and includes an inlet portion removably attached to the motor pod and a substantially cylindrical housing. The inlet portion includes a substantially conical motor interface with a shaft through-hole for receiving the driveshaft therein, one or more fins extending outwardly from the conical motor interface, and at least one ring encircling the conical motor interface and connecting to each of the one or more fins for inhibiting objects from passing through the inlet region. The housing defines a fluid flow path to an outlet portion. The hydrojet unit includes an impeller coupled to the driveshaft and a stator disposed within the housing.
