    摘要: Rail Clip Assembly A rail clip assembly is disclosed herein. The rail clip assembly, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter, comprises a base body attachable to a support surface, wherein the base body defines a cavity at an underside thereof. The base body comprises a first wall that is adjacent the rail when the base body is secured on the support surface. A depression or a recess is configured on the first wall, and a substantially horizontal slot is configured on the base body extending toward the first wall. The assembly further comprises a top body assemblable on the base body. The top body comprises a rail abutting portion that defines a substantially L-shaped surface to abut the rail, and a slot configured on the top body. The assembly further comprises a screw for assembling together the base body and the top body, wherein the screw may be any standard WO 2020/046771 A1 screw with a polygonal head such that a corner of the screw head is fitted inside the depression or the recess in an assembled configuration thereof.

    摘要: A rail fastening device comprises a clip (10) having a base (11) and a nose (12) for engaging a rail flange (F). The base (11) comprises circular aperture (14) in which a circular cam (13) is rotatably mounted, the cam (13) being provided with an eccentric aperture (24) for receiving a ground anchor (25), the cam aperture (24) being radially offset from the rotational centre of the cam (13) to define a cam lobe (15). The cam (13) may comprise a ramped circumferential shoulder (18) to engage a complementary shoulder (21) inside the base aperture (14) such that any rotation of the cam (13) under the applied load of the rail causes the cam (13) to move axially of the base aperture (14) thereby tightening the engagement of the anchor (25) on the cam (13) and preventing movement of the clip (10). The degree of rotation of the cam (13) may be limited so that it can only turn in the tightening direction under load.

    摘要: A train rail track structure system includes a c-face down steel channel cross tie defining a plurality of holes in a top wider web surface thereof and a protrusion with perpendicular faces extending from an underside of the top surface, the holes configured to pass a fixative and solidifying mixture into a ballast bed there beneath. The protrusion anchors the steel channel cross tie in the fixative and solidifying mixture and the ballast bed. The disclosed system also includes a c-face down steel channel connecting link defining a receptacle for at least one intermediate rail support member in a top wider web surface thereof. The link also defines tabs and notches proximal to both longitudinal ends of the steel channel connecting link configured to interleave with at least one steel channel cross tie and interlock the steel channel connecting link to the steel channel cross tie.

    摘要: A rail anchorage arrangement for fastening a rail, the anchorage comprises: a support structure; a body of weldable material welded to the upper surface of the support structure at a weld between the body and the support structure extending at least partially around the body and along at least 20% of the length of the body from said upper surface of the support structure; a screw-threaded hole extending into the body of weldable material from the end thereof remote from said upper surface of the support structure; a screw-threaded member screwed into the screw-threaded hole so as to be made fast in the body of weldable material, this member not being threaded into the support structure; a rail anchorage having a hole receiving the screw-threaded member so that the screw-threaded member makes fast the rail anchorage against said upper surface of the support structure to secure a rail to the support structure; the body having a lateral dimension which is at least 40% greater than the outer dimension of the thread of the screw-threaded member so that the body and the weld serve to resist substantially all lateral forces between the rail anchorage and the support structure. By the provision of the body of weldable material the screw-threaded member does not have to be of weldable material and hence can be a high strength material.
