摘要: A disclosed system and method are configured to process waste via a frontend processing module configured to crush, grind, aggregate and concentrate waste from a coarse material to a finer material including an iterative reprocessing of any oversized components. The disclosed system also includes a classifying module to separate the coarse material from the finer material via a process water and at least one microgrinder and fractioning centrifuge. The disclosed system further comprises a backend processing module configured for further classifying the respective coarse and fine material for energy production and dewatering, recovering and combusting component materials. System submodules are configured to microgrind and gasify or pyrolize a resulting particle slurry into a combustible synthetic gas release for electricity generation and heat. The system is applied to waste recovery of waste glass, electronics waste, coal piles, coal water fuels, biofuels, algae lipid oils, and various precious minerals.

摘要: A hollow tube projectile is configured with a leading edge to first exit a firearm barrel and a trailing edge to follow there through, the hollow tube projectile comprising an annular airfoil slug. A longitudinal cross section of the annular airfoil slug resembles an airplane wing having a rounded leading edge and a sharp trailing edge and an outer lift surface there around and an inner cylindrical surface. Three or more fins are distributed equidistantly around the annular airfoil slug, each fin having an inner edge complementary to the outer lift surface and an outer edge parallel to a major axis through the annular airfoil slug. The hollow tube projectile further comprises a launch wafer comprising a metal insert adapted to contain combustion gases during launch of the annular airfoil slug. The launch wafer is adapted to receive the metal insert and concentrically position it within a hollow tube cartridge.

The link also defines tabs and notches proximal to both longitudinal ends of the steel channel connecting link configured to interleave with at least one steel channel cross tie and interlock the steel channel connecting link to the steel channel cross tie.

摘要: A tray for storing articles, such as cylindrical beverage containers, in a substantially upright position includes a bottom member and four wall members interconnected to provide an enclosure for receiving the articles. Each of the wall members has a support member protruding into the enclosure from the corresponding wall member. Each support member has a support surface which is inclined upwardly from the corresponding wall member into the enclosure. A portion of the outer surface of the bottom member adjacent to each of the wall members is also inclined upwardly and is adapted to contact the corresponding support surfaces of another tray when two or more trays are nested. A plurality of external rib members are disposed on respective outer surfaces of the wall members for contacting respective inner surfaces of the wall members of another tray when two or more trays are nested. The engagement between the external rib members of the inner tray and the inner wall surfaces of the outer tray aligns the respective top rim members of the nested trays along respective vertical axes and provides sufficient spacing between the nested trays to prevent the trays from "locking" or sticking together.

摘要: An improved bullet disclosed includes a blend radius disposed between a first tangent thereof intersecting a shank of the bullet and a second tangent thereof intersecting one of a cone ogive and a boattail ogive of the bullet. The bullet also includes at least one dimple formed into a base of the bullet adjacent the boattail ogive, a curved segment joining the dimpled base and the boattail cone and a truncated cone ogive with a meplat end and a shank end, the truncated cone ogive adapted to produce less drag and friction in air than a secant or a tangent ogive. The improved bullet extends an effective flight range and a Coanda effect there around reducing air turbulence and drag on the bullet in flight. A cartridge adapted to receive the improved bullet is necked down and shortened for a COAL (cartridge overall length) nominally the same as conventional cartridges.

摘要: A firearm barrel cooling system comprising a plurality of fins adapted to extend around and from a solid barrel of a same material as the fins is disclosed. An outside major diameter of the fins is greater than an outside diameter of the barrel at any point of the barrel. A plurality of inverted fins are defined around and in the solid barrel between adjacent fins wherein an inside diameter of the inverted fins is equal to a minor diameter of the fins and equal to or greater than an outside diameter of the barrel. A plurality of cooling sections are located between a barrel collar and a muzzle end of the solid barrel, each cooling section having a plurality of fins having a major outer diameter and a minor inner diameter. A method for cooling a firearm barrel system is also included.

摘要: Article transport conveyors, particularly for the food and beverage processing industry are characterized by interconnected conveyor frame sections having two rectangular cross section tube or angle member longitudinal beams spaced apart from each other and connected by plural transverse channel-shaped beam members. The transverse beams are mounted above the longitudinal beam members and support longitudinal parallel guide and support rails for one or more endless conveyor flights. The transverse beams also support upstanding brackets for parallel longitudinal guide rails for guiding articles being conveyed by the conveyor flights and spaced apart depending brackets for supporting return runs of the conveyor flights on return run support rollers. The frame sections are supported by spaced apart tubular column members which are connected to the frame sections at respective adjacent ends thereof by connectors having opposed arms interconnected by a web or opposed flanges which may be secured by threaded fasteners to the beam and column members of each section. The frame is mechanically uncomplicated and permits easy access to the conveyor for cleaning and replacement or repair of the chain links, the guide and support rails, and the return run rollers.
