摘要： In a drumhead stretching mechanism adapted to a drum, a bolt for tightening or loosening a drumhead stretched at ends of a hollow cylinder under tension is inserted into a latch that is hooked on a clamp frame for clamping and holding outer circumferential ends of the drumhead, wherein a hollow space is formed inside of the latch to store an anti-extraction member having a U-shape, which is engaged with the bolt. Alternatively, the latch and anti-extraction member can be integrally interconnected together. Thus, it is possible to reliably prevent the bolt from being extracted, from unnecessarily rotating, and from floating in the axial direction of the bolt even when the bolt is taken out from a lug nut, which normally engages with the tip end portion of the bolt.

摘要： A rubber pad for an electronic percussion instrument is produced by integrally forming together a pad portion (including a striking surface) and a rim portion, which are colored differently in two-colored formation. In manufacture, the rubber pad is produced by a single press formation using a specially designed metal mold in which a partition wall is arranged between a pad forming cavity and a rim forming cavity, into which rubbers of different colors are respectively put. Therefore, a groove corresponding to the partition wall is formed in a boundary between the pad portion and rim portion, which are integrally interconnected together and are colored differently. Due to the provision of the groove, it is possible to reliably separate different colored regions, i.e., the pad portion and rim portion, from each other. Thus, it is possible to improve external appearance of the rubber pad without substantially deteriorating durability thereof.

The head and external thread portion of the screw are engaged with a through hole having a keyhole shape formed in the front portion of the base plate. The base plate and pedal frame are subjected to prescribed positioning using projections and engagement holes, which are engaged with each other when the base plate and frame body are fixed together by tightening the screw, which can be loosened to allow removal of the base plate.

摘要： A percussion instrument head is composed of a synthetic resin film (e.g., a PET film) having a prescribed thickness, which is subjected to chemical etching using a prescribed solution (e.g., an alkali solution), thus processing at least one surface thereof to be rough. Irregularities are formed in substantially uniform sizes and dimensions on the rough surface of the film, wherein hydrolysis processing advances firstly on the surface of the film, which are gradually dissolved or decomposed. Thus, it is possible to simulate the exterior appearance and flexibility of the conventional natural-leather head, and it is possible to produce sharp and articulated sounds having balanced pitches (or intervals) when playing the percussion instrument head composed of the synthetic resin film, which can simulate the property of sound of the conventional natural-leather head. After completion of chemical etching, the film is coated with an epoxy resin, for example.
