摘要： Systems, methods, and devices for providing interactive striking objects (e.g., drumsticks) and performing actions in response to striking motions of the striking objects are disclosed. In some embodiments, the systems and methods provide an interactive drumstick, which includes a lighting display located at a tip portion of the interactive drumstick, a motion detector contained at least partially within the drumstick, a processor and memory contained at least partially within the drumstick, and an interactive system stored within the memory of the drumstick. The interactive system includes a striking motion module that determines striking motions of the drumstick with respect to a virtual percussion instrument based on accessing information measured by the motion detector, and a display module that causes the lighting display to present a certain type of illumination based on the striking motions determined by the striking motion module.

摘要： A percussion instrument includes a drum shell, a batter head maintained under tension by a rim secured to the top of the drum shell, a flexible member supported at the bottom end of the drum shell, a contact microphone retained on a central section of the flexible member, an acoustic transmission structure in contact with the batter head, and a drive foot coupled to a lower end of the acoustic transmission structure. The contact microphone can be coupled to the flexible support member with a first double-sided adhesive tape member. A foam cushion disposed between the drive foot and the contact microphone can be coupled to the drive foot on a top side with a second double-sided adhesive tape member and on the opposite bottom side with a third double-sided adhesive member to reduce unwanted microphonics or feedback, and allow rapid reversion of the signal from the contact microphone.

摘要： The present disclosure illustrates a sound insulation electronic pad for a bass drum of a jazz drum set. The electronic pad is assembled with a drum frame of the bass drum of the jazz drum set by a support structure, and located between a drumhead of the bass drum and a drum pedal. The electronic pad does not contact with the drumhead of the bass drum. When the electronic pad is knocked by the drumstick and the drumhead of the bass drum is not knocked by the drumstick, the electronic pad and an external trigger module simulate an electronic drum sound of the bass drum and output the electronic drum sound via an output device such as earphones or a loudspeaker. Therefore, the electronic pad of the present disclosure can be used to remodel the bass drum of the jazz drum set as an electronic drum.
