    Abstract: Solutions for enabling analytics for a virtualized application leverage reproducibility of information as a substitute for persisting information. Disclosed solutions include: collecting, by a virtualized application, first analytics data on a user equipment (UE); performing, by the virtualized application, a one-way function (e.g., a hash function) on persistent information (e.g., an international mobile equipment identity (IMEI) number) on the UE to generate a unique UE identification (ID); transmitting the first analytics data and the UE ID to a remote node across a network; collecting, by the virtualized application, second analytics data on the UE; and transmitting the second analytics data and the UE ID to the remote node across the network. Because the UE ID is deterministic, it may be generated repeatedly, as needed, (producing the same value each time) to compensate for the inability of the virtualized application to persist the UE ID on the UE.

    Abstract: Method, management node and processing node are disclosed for continuous availability in a cloud environment. According to an embodiment, the cloud environment comprises a plurality of layers and each layer includes at least two processing nodes. Each processing node in a layer can pull job(s) from the processing nodes in the upper layer if any and prepare job(s) for the processing nodes in the under layer if any. A method implemented at a management node comprises receiving measurement reports from the plurality of layers. The measurement report of each processing node comprises information about job(s) pulled from the upper layer if any and job(s) pulled by the under layer if any. The method further comprises determining information about failure in the cloud environment based on the measurement reports.

    Abstract: Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for implementing a smart cloud deployment module is disclosed. A datacenter stores information data of all availability zones (AZs) associated with deployment of an application. A processor builds an availability zone (AZ) application programming interface (API) and calls the AZ API to retrieve the information data from the datacenter; dynamically and automatically determines, in response to calling the AZ API, prior to deploying the application, whether a first AZ defined in a deployment pipeline among the AZs within the datacenter is healthy for deployment of the application; and deploys the application utilizing the deployment pipeline when it is determined that the first AZ defined in the deployment pipeline is healthy. The processor also checks for another healthy AZ within the same datacenter or within other regions outside of the datacenter when it is determined that the first AZ is not healthy.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method, a system, and a device for switching a service unit. The method includes: determining a target service unit; and triggering the target service unit to publish first routing information according to configuration information of a first service unit for a first load balancing task, so as to replace the first service unit to provide a traffic distribution service for the first load balancing task. When the entire service network needs to perform disaster tolerance switching and capacity dispatching, the method provided in the embodiments of this application can effectively improve the real-time performance of traffic switching, and avoid the problem of relatively poor real-time performance of traffic switching caused by the influence of DNS cache in the existing technologies.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for domain name system (DNS) caching in a distributed processing engine include a first processing engine which may receive a DNS request for accessing a domain from a client. The first processing engine may generate a DNS query for a DNS controller based on the DNS request, The first processing engine may receive a DNS record corresponding to the domain from the DNS controller. The first processing engine may store data corresponding to the DNS record in cache of the first processing engine. The first processing engine may transmit a message including data corresponding to the DNS record for the domain to a second processing engine, to cause the second processing engine to store data corresponding to the DNS record in cache of the second processing engine.
