The door handle assembly includes a mount adapted for attachment to the vehicle, an input member supported for movement relative to the mount, and a handle supported for movement relative to the mount. The handle can move from a low profile position to an extended position. The handle is adjacent the mount in the low profile position, and the handle is spaced from the mount in the extended position. The handle moves from the low profile position to the extended position due to an input provided to the input member. The handle can be further moved from the extended position to an operative position to unlatch the door of the vehicle.

摘要： Doors, especially exterior doors are installed in a building long before the construction is finished. Many doors utilize multipoint lock assemblies or mortise locks, these doors typically have expensive hardware that needs to be installed in order to open, use or lock these doors. Continued use and handling of this hardware results in damage to the same. For this reason, the inventive concept includes low cost handles that can easily be installed and can be used over and over again. The low cost hardware consists of low cost handle that are passed through existing lock mechanisms within the door. The low cost handles include a grommet on one side of the door that will be inserted into an existing opening in the door as sealant against dirt and debris. Also included on the handle is a compressible tube on another side of the handle that acts to reduce any play within the temporary mechanism. The handles are so constructed that the doors can be operated from both sides of the doors, one side only, or none at all.

摘要： A handle actuator for dropdown doors or closures includes a handle with a pivot connector at the top and an actuator rod at the bottom. Upper and lower housing are mounted on the door in a vertically aligned and spaced apart relationship. The upper housing has a pivot connector connected with the pivot connector on the handle, and the lower housing has a sleeve slidably receiving the actuator rod therein for reception. A pivoting actuator arm has opposite ends connected with the actuator rod and handle housing respectively, such that reciprocation of the actuator rod rotates the actuator arm. A connector has one end connected with the door latch, and the opposite end connected with the actuator arm, such that the door is shifted from the raised closed position to the lowered open position by grasping the handle, pulling the handle outwardly to release the door latch and manually pivoting the door about the bottom hinge to the lowered open position.

摘要： The present invention provides a door handle apparatus consisting of a handle, a lock housing, a transmission mechanism, and a locking mechanism. The handle is pivotally engaged with the lock housing. The locking mechanism is engaged with one end of the lock housing and the handle. When the handle is rotated, the locking mechanism makes relative sliding and movement about the handle. The transmission mechanism is engaged with the other end of the lock housing and moves relative to the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism has a burglar free locking piece that prevents the door handle apparatus from being disassembled without being unlocked by a key first. After the door handle is engaged with the transmission mechanism, the door handle is still rotatable and movable via the lock housing.
