An information processing apparatus includes the following elements. A generation unit generates a multiplexed video frame having a predetermined screen size, and inserts first information regarding a configuration of the multiplexed video frame into the multiplexed video frame. A first multiplexing unit arranges one frame of input video data in the multiplexed video frame, multiplexes data of the frame so as to be transmitted as data of the multiplexed video frame corresponding to an arrangement position, and inserts second information regarding the arrangement position and third information regarding a format of the video data into a multiplexed video frame obtained after multiplexing. A processing unit extracts the data of the frame multiplexed in the multiplexed video frame obtained after multiplexing, which is input from an input video port, in accordance with the first information, the second information, and the third information, and performs processing on the extracted data.

A cell culture substrate which is durable and which can be readily produced in commercial scale at a low cost, and its production method are provided. The cell culture substrate comprises a substrate and a layer formed by surface modification, which comprises a polymer containing amino group produced by reacting a polymer represented by the following formula (II): (wherein n is 0 or a positive integer, and m is a positive integer, the n and m representing degree of polymerization) formed by chemical vapor deposition of formyl[2.2]paracyclophane represented by the following formula (I): (wherein k is 0 or 1) with a polymer having at least one amino group (—NH2) capable of forming Schiff base in its monomer. The production method of the cell culture substrate comprises the step of synthesizing such polymer on the substrate.

The handle member 10 has a swing center axis O about which the handle member 10 swings relative to the handle frame member 20. On the slide center axis O, an engagement pin 14 is interposed between the handle member 10 and the key cylinder cover 49.

To provide a liquid crystal display device that includes a cold cathode fluorescent lamp that controls a drop in the luminous efficacy of a fluorescent substance layer in a large electrical current region. Uneven portions UNE are formed in a surface of a fluorescent substance film FLU that is formed on an inner wall surface of a glass tube VAL that configures a cold cathode fluorescent lamp CCFL, whereby the surface area of the film surface can be increased and a drop in the fluorescent substance luminous efficacy in a large current region can be controlled, so the effect of improving the luminance of a display screen over a long period of time is obtained as a backlight of a liquid crystal display panel LCD.

A door handle for a vehicle including a handle for opening and closing a vehicle door, and a base fixed to an outer panel of the vehicle door and rotatably supporting the handle includes an opening formed on the outer panel and including a portion having a first width, and a base frame formed on one end side of the base and including a portion having a second width larger than the first width. The portion having the second width of the base frame intrudes into a vehicle interior side of the outer panel through the opening when the base frame is fixed to the outer panel from a vehicle exterior side. The door handle for a vehicle further includes a tightening portion formed on the other end side of the base and tightening the base relative to the outer panel.

A display apparatus includes a face plate that constitutes a part of a vacuum envelope, a phosphor layer formed on an inner surface of the face plate, and an electron beam source that emits electron beams to the phosphor layer. The face plate includes a light-emitting glass layer containing a light-emitting substance that emits light when electron beams are projected thereon. By extracting energy of electron beams, which have reached the face plate, as light, it is possible to reduce browning that occurs in the face plate and improve brightness of a display image significantly.
