    摘要: An axial fan assembly includes blades rotatable about a central axis, a hub connecting the blades at radially-inner ends thereof, and a motor connected to a first portion of the hub. A second portion of the hub supporting the plurality of blades is isolated from the first portion of the hub by a plurality of slots. A plurality of ribs interconnect the first and second hub portions, the ribs defining unsupported regions along bordering ones of the slots. Inner and outer attachment portions of the ribs extend radially inward and radially outward, respectively, from the unsupported regions to attach with the first and second hub portions. As viewed along the central axis, a first thickness defined at each of the unsupported rib portions is less than a second thickness defined at one of the inner and outer attachment portions.

    摘要: A room ventilation system ventilates a structurally enclosable first room as exemplified by a restroom. A second room adjoins the first room with a shared wall therebetween. A fan assembly is mounted within the shared wall such that the airflow from the fan assembly is directed toward the first room. A vent cover in downstream adjacency to the fan assembly has first louvres for re-directing airflow from the fan assembly in a first oblique, downward direction. A vent cover in upstream adjacency to the fan assembly has second louvres for re-directing airflow from the second room in a second oblique, downward direction. Circuitry, in electrical communication with a power source and the fan motor assembly, includes a switch for enabling the user to selectively power the fan motor thereby directing airflow from the second room into the first room for replacing air within the first room.

    摘要: A self-powered thermal fan for circulating air for use in cooperation with a heat source, such as a wood stove, and which relies on a thermoelectric generator to provide electrical current to power a motor. The motor is used to move fan blades which create a warm air flow away for the heat source, and a cooler air flow towards the fan assembly. In the present invention, the fan assembly includes at least two thermoelectric generator modules that are separate by a gap which allows for increase module surface area, without creating a risk of module damage caused by heat expansion. The improved design also preferably includes the use of angled module mounting lands, which aid in increasing heat gradient across the module. Additionally, the present device provides the ability to have larger heat exchange surfaces that can provide increased cooling to the opposite surfaces of the thermoelectric generator module. Improved output and efficiencies of the self-powered thermal fan assembly are achieved.

    摘要: A sugarcane harvester for harvesting sugarcane including a cutter configured to cut sugarcane into a sugarcane mat. An extractor is operatively connected to the cutter, and includes a fan housing having an inlet configured to receive the sugarcane mat and an outlet configured to discharge crop debris. A fan is located in the fan housing to move the sugarcane mat through the fan housing and includes a motor, blades rotatably coupled to the motor, and a blade angle of incidence mechanism operatively connected to the blades, wherein the blade angle of incidence mechanism adjusts the angle of incidence of the blades with respect to the motor. Sensors identify an air flow through the fan housing or a load placed on the motor during movement of the sugarcane mat through the fan housing. The angle of incidence of the blades is adjusted based on one or both of the air flow through the fan housing or the load placed on the motor.

    摘要: A fan module including a blade mechanism, a switch component, and a fan is provided. The blade mechanism includes a frame having a through hole, a positioning bracket movably connected to the frame, and blades movably connected to the positioning bracket and the frame. The switch component is connected to the positioning bracket and located on an assembly path. The fan is detachably disposed at one side of the through hole, and the positioning bracket and the blades are located at another side. In a first mode, any two adjacent blades are stacked to close the through hole. In a second mode, the fan pushes the switch component to drive the positioning bracket to drive the blades, such that the blades have a rotational degree of freedom relative to the positioning bracket or rotate relative to the frame to open the through hole. An electronic device is also provided.

    摘要: A tracer particle spreading device for a boundary layer flow visualization experiment based on a flat plate includes a tracer particle generator, a smoke storage box, and a wall-surface particle distribution box. Fume and oil are pressurized by a micro pump and flows into a heating pipe to be heated and vaporized, and then is ejected from a nozzle to form tracer particles. The tracer particles enter the smoke storage box via a smoke guiding tube. An axial flow fan is mounted on a wall surface of the smoke storage box. The tracer particles enter a cavity of the wall-surface particle distribution box via the smoke guiding tube, and the tracer particles are rectified by a rectifying plate and ejected from a spreading slit. An outlet of the spreading slit is at an angle of 15° with respect to an experiment flat plate.
