    摘要: A solar cell system and a flexible solar panel are disclosed herein. The solar cell system includes a glass housing, a set of rows of solar cells each defining a front side and a rear side and arranged within the glass housing. The solar cell system can also include a reflective element disposed in the glass housing and facing the rear side of the set of rows of solar cells and a first terminal coupled to a first end of the set of rows of solar cells, traversing through and sealed against the first end of the glass housing. The solar cell system can be configured with other solar cell systems into the flexible solar panel that is deployable in a wide range of potential applications.

    摘要: The present invention discloses an encapsulation composition, an encapsulation film including the encapsulation composition, and an electronic device module. The encapsulation composition includes a polymer matrix, a tackifier and a free radical initiator. Based on 100 parts by weight of the polymer matrix, the polymer matrix includes 5 to 100 parts by weight of highly branched polyethylene (P1), 0 to 95 parts by weight of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, and 0 to 70 parts by weight of an ethylene-polar monomer copolymer. The highly branched polyethylene (P1) is an ethylene homopolymer having a branch structure and has a degree of branching of not less than 40 branches/1,000 carbon atoms. A density of the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer is not higher than 0.91 g/cm3. The encapsulation composition provided by the present invention has good volume resistivity, aging resistance, processability and low cost.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a photovoltaic module. The module includes at least a front layer, a back layer, and a solar cell arrangement encapsulated between the front and back layers. The solar cell arrangement includes a plurality of photovoltaic cells joined to a polymeric foil and electrical connections between the cells. In some embodiments, the photovoltaic cells are crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells. The method includes the steps of providing the solar cell arrangement and then injection molding at least part of the front and/or back layer onto the solar cell arrangement.
