Abstract: An automated steering device is provided usable in conjunction with power equipment machines. By way of example, the automated steering device can provide user-assisted steering for a power equipment machine to maintain tight parallel paths. The user-assisted steering can be defined relative to an initial vector traversed through user directed operation of the power equipment machine, independent of or at least in part independent of a predefined area of operation for the power equipment machine. Position location data refined by local terrestrial positioning system correction devices, or onboard rotational correction devices can be provided to obtain high positioning accuracy, and minimal path deviation. As a result, highly accurate pathing can be provided by way of the disclosed automated steering devices.

Abstract: A non-pneumatic tire assembly includes a non-pneumatic tire. The non-pneumatic tire includes an inner circumferential ring and an outer circumferential ring defining an annular space and a cylindrical space inside the inner circumferential ring. A plurality of partitions connect the circumferential rings within the annular space. A ground-contacting tread is located on the outer circumferential ring. A rim, including a plurality of pieces, is located within the cylindrical space. The non-pneumatic tire assembly further includes a hub that is removably connected to the rim.

Abstract: A standing operator support system for riding equipment, such as a standing mower, includes a suspendable standing platform for supporting the load of a standing operator and a suspension assembly adjustably engageable with the standing platform to suspend the standing platform relative to a fixable platform pivot axis of the standing platform. The suspension assembly is configured to allow for a uniform suspension experience for varied operators of varied weights while maintaining the standing platform in a relatively uniform and substantially horizontal orientation relative to terrain being traversed for the varied operators of varied weights. The suspension assembly is adjustable relative to the standing platform via a single motion to adjust between operator weight settings. The suspension assembly also may be adjustable relative to the standing platform for traverse over discrete raised portions of a terrain, such as a low rock wall or a curb.

Image data of vegetation cut by a power equipment device can be captured and uploaded to a server for analysis. Abstract: An autonomous mobile work system (20) includes a drive wheel (34) that is connected to a frame (24) and a rotating blade assembly (36). The rotating blade assembly (36) includes a blade assembly axis of rotation (38) and is connected to the frame (24) within a housing (26). The mobile work system (20) further includes a single motor (40) operably connected to the blade assembly (36). The gear box (50) can include a planetary gear set (104) including a ring gear (110) defining cavities (120) at its outside diameter (124). A locking shaft (126) can rotate between an engaged position and a disengaged position with one of the cavities (120).
