摘要: An apparatus for a single-track motor vehicle includes a first wheel disc and a second wheel disc. The first wheel disc and the second wheel disc are configured on the wheel rim so as to be mutually spaced apart in a transverse direction parallel to the rotation axis (A) of the disc wheel, and extend from the wheel rim in the direction of the wheel hub. The wheel discs converge in the direction of the wheel hub and are connected to one another in such a manner that at least one cavity between the wheel discs and the wheel rim is formed. At least one cutout toward the at least one cavity is formed in a rim well of the wheel rim.

The hub body includes bent portions configured to mount a vacuum tire, the hub body is provided with a central axis, the explosion-proof convex retainer is fixed on the hub body, the distance between an upper end of the explosion-proof convex retainer and the central axis is L1, the distance between an upper end of the bent portion and the central axis is L2, and L1 is greater than L2. In case of burst or instantaneous pressure loss, because the distance L1 between the upper end of the explosion-proof convex retainer and the central axis is greater than the distance L2 between the upper end of the bent portion and the central axis, the explosion-proof convex retainer reduces the distance between the whole hub and the ground during tire burst and improves safety performance.

摘要: [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a wheel deformation mechanism and a structure of a vehicular shock-absorbing device using the mechanism. [Technical Problem] In the conventional suspension device, there are problems that a vibration damping effect for an in-wheel motor vehicle is too low to alleviate an impact on the wheel and that a mounting space is required on the vehicle body side. There is a problem that since the conventional tire is poor in ability to absorb distortion of a contact patch caused by turning, the contact patch of the wheel is subjected to horizontal friction at the time of direction change. [Solution] An expansion and contraction mechanism as shown in FIG. 1 that connects two rotors and a band-shaped tread by a movable arm is incorporated in a wheel, [Main Use of Invention] The vehicle wheel is expanded and contracted by a rotation speed difference between the two rotors so as to control the posture of the vehicle body.

Each disc of the plurality of discs may comprise a ring having a plurality of splines that are complementary to the spline recesses, and that are configured to interlock with the spline recesses. Each disc may further comprise an annular segment made of one of a first material and second material. The annular segment may be a tire. In the event of damage or wear, each disc in the plurality of discs may be removed and repaired or replaced.

摘要: An expandable and retractable wheel assembly in accordance with one or more embodiments includes a hub structure having a circular periphery and a rim expandable in circumference from a retracted circular position to one or more expanded circular positions. The rim engages and is supported by the circular periphery of the hub structure when in the retracted position. A plurality of linear actuators is attached to and supported by the hub structure. 摘要: A composite wheel assembly and method of construction thereof is provided. The composite wheel assembly includes a wheel having an inwardly facing surface, an outwardly facing surface, a generally cylindrical barrel portion, and a plurality of apertures formed about a central hub aperture. At least one wheel cladding is fixedly bonded to at least one of the inwardly facing surface, the outwardly facing surface, and the generally cylindrical barrel portion. The wheel cladding increases the stiffness and/or strength of the wheel between about 2-16% or greater as compared to the wheel not having the at least one cladding.

摘要: A wheel assembly for an automotive vehicle is described herein. The assembly includes a cylindrical rim, a tire around the rim, two spoke assemblies, a wheel hub, a brake assembly, and a mounting arm. The rim is symmetrical, and has a first flange on a first side of the rim and a second flange on a second side of the rim. The tire is disposed around the rim. The first spoke assembly is coupled to the first flange and has a hub-mounting structure at its center. The second spoke assembly is coupled to the second flange and has an opening at its center. The wheel hub and brake assembly are disposed inside the rim between the first and second spoke assemblies, coupled to the hub-mounting structure. The mounting arm passes through the opening at the center of the second spoke assembly and couples the wheel assembly to the vehicle.
