    Abstract: A chip on film package including a chip and a flexible film. The chip includes bumps disposed on the chip and is mounted on the flexible film. The flexible film includes first vias, second vias, upper leads and lower leads. The first vias and the second vias penetrate the flexible film and are arranged on two opposite sides of a reference line respectively. A distance between one of the first vias and one of the second vias, which are closer to a first side of the chip, is longer than that between another one of the first vias and another one of the second, which are further from the first side. The upper leads are disposed on the upper surface connected between the vias and the bumps. The lower leads are disposed on the lower surface and connected to the vias.

    Abstract: A driving device and a driving method of a display panel are provided. The driving device includes a current source and a control circuit. The current source makes a driving current flow through a light-emitting element path of a sub-pixel circuit of the display panel. During a display line period, the driving current has a normal current amount, and the control circuit controls a first switch in the light-emitting element path to adjust a duty cycle of the driving current in the light-emitting element path. During a sensing period, the driving current has a sensing current amount less than the normal current amount, the control circuit turns on the first switch, and the control circuit checks a voltage in the light-emitting element path to determine whether a light-emitting element in the light-emitting element path is open (or whether the light-emitting element is provided in the light-emitting element path).

    Abstract: An image sensing circuit includes a plurality of readout circuits and a pre-charge control circuit. Each of the readout circuits is coupled to a sensing line among a plurality of sensing lines and configured to receive a sensing voltage among a plurality of sensing voltages through the corresponding sensing line, wherein at least one of the readout circuits is further configured to receive at least one first pre-scan voltage through the corresponding sensing line prior to reception of the sensing voltage. The pre-charge control circuit, coupled to the readout circuits, is configured to perform a plurality of steps. The steps include receiving the at least one first pre-scan voltage from the at least one readout circuit; calculating a first pre-charge voltage according to the at least one first pre-scan voltage; and pre-charging the sensing lines to the first pre-charge voltage before the readout circuits receive the sensing voltages.

    Abstract: A fingerprint and proximity sensing apparatus for fingerprint recognizing and proximity sensing is provided. The fingerprint and proximity sensing apparatus includes a display panel, a fingerprint sensor, and at least one proximity sensing light emitting diode. The fingerprint sensor has an optical sensing array. The optical sensing array is configured to receive a first light emitted from the display panel and a second light emitted from the at least one proximity sensing light emitting diode at different time periods. The first light and the second light have different ranges of wave length. A sensing process is also provided.

    Abstract: A display driver and a display driving method are provided. The display driving is adapted for driving a display panel and sensing an electrical characteristic of the display panel. The display driver includes a first amplifier circuit. The first amplifier circuit is coupled to the display panel. The first amplifier circuit includes a first driving circuit, a first sensing circuit and a first operational amplifier. The first operational amplifier is coupled to the display panel through a first driving line and a first sensing line.     Abstract: An electronic circuit, adapted to drive a display panel comprising touch sensors, is provided. The electronic circuit can include a display driving circuit, a timing circuit and a touch scan circuit. The display driving circuit drives a touch display panel. The timing circuit receives a flag signal from a processing circuit and generates a scan start signal according to the flag signal. The touch scan circuit generates a plurality of touch scan signals according to the scan start signal and a touch column synchronization signal. The touch scan circuit determines a start time of a touch frame period according to a pulse of the scan start signal. The scan start signal can be asynchronous or delayed with respect to a touch frame synchronization signal generated by the display driving circuit.

    Abstract: A sensing circuit for an organic light-emitting diode driver includes a sample and hold circuit and a gain amplifier. The sample and hold circuit is configured to sample a sensing signal received via an input terminal. The gain amplifier is coupled to the sample and hold circuit. The sample and hold circuit includes a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a first switch, a second switch, a third switch and a fourth switch. The first capacitor is coupled between the input terminal and the gain amplifier. The second capacitor is coupled between a reference terminal and the gain amplifier. The first switch is connected between the first capacitor and the input terminal. The second switch is connected between the second capacitor and the reference terminal.     Abstract: A control circuit, coupled to a system processor and a display panel, includes a touch control circuit, a display control circuit and a fingerprint control circuit. The touch control circuit is configured to detect a finger touch on the display panel. The display control circuit is configured to control the display panel to display at least one light spot which indicates a position of the finger touch. The fingerprint control circuit is configured to perform fingerprint sensing through at least one fingerprint sensor corresponding to the position of the finger touch, and send fingerprint image data to the system processor, wherein the fingerprint image data corresponds to sensing signals received from the at least one fingerprint sensor. Wherein, each of the above steps is performed by the control circuit by keeping a display part of the system processor in a sleep status.
