In some aspects, a transmitter mobile station may transmit at least one platoon control message (PCM) having a flexible structure, the at least one PCM comprising a first part and a second part that is different from the first part, wherein the first part comprises non-platoon-specific data elements and the second part comprises platoon-specific data elements.     Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices and systems for transport of extended personal area network (XPAN) control frames across networks. Some aspects more specifically relate to the transmission of a message within an XPAN, in which a first wireless station (STA) and a second STA are out of range (such as greater than 10 meters apart). For example, the first STA and the second STA may share a Layer 2 (L2) network, a Layer 3 (L3) network, neither, or both. The first STA may generate the message, which may include an XPAN control frame and at least one network communication header. In some implementations, the at least one network communication header may include an L3 header and an L2 header. The first STA may transmit the message to the second STA via one or more access points (APs).

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of at least two timing advance groups (TAGs) per serving cell for multiple transmit receive point operation, wherein each TAG is associated with an uplink or joint transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state. The UE may receive an activation message that activates one or more TCI states for one or more uplink channels or reference signals. The UE may select a common TAG for the one or more uplink channels or reference signals based at least in part on a common TAG rule. The UE may transmit a reference signal or a communication on an uplink channel using the common TAG. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity may indicate whether a user equipment (UE) is to update an estimation of non-linear characteristics of a power amplifier of the network entity. The network entity may transmit, to the UE, control signaling and data signaling in a slot. The control signaling may indicate whether the UE is to update the estimation of the non-linear characteristics. If the control signaling indicates to update the estimation, the UE may perform a correction on pilot signals of the data channel to obtain an updated estimation, and the UE may decode the data signaling based on the updated estimation. If the control signaling does not indicate to update the estimation, the UE may decode the data signaling based on a previous estimation of the non-linear characteristics.

    Abstract: In some aspects of the disclosure, an apparatus includes a processing system that includes one or more processors and one or more memories coupled to the one or more processors. The processing system is configured to receive sensor data associated with a scene and to generate a cylindrical representation associated with the scene. The processing system is further configured to modify the cylindrical representation based on detecting a feature of the cylindrical representation being included in a first region of the cylindrical representation. Modifying the cylindrical representation includes relocating the feature from the first region to a second region that is different than the first region. The processing system is further configured to perform, based on the modified cylindrical representation, one or more three-dimensional (3D) perception operations associated with the scene.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for a configurable mode for a response to random access message. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving an indication from a base station (BS) that the BS operates according to a first mode in which the BS unicasts a RACH response during a two-step RACH procedure or a second mode in which the BS multicasts the RACH response. The RACH response includes a PDCCH and PDSCH. The UE sends a RACH message to the BS comprising a preamble and payload. The UE monitors and decodes the PDCCH of the RACH response based on the indicated first mode or second mode. The UE decodes the PDSCH of the RACH response and sends feedback to the BS based on the indicated first mode or second mode.
