    Abstract: Described embodiments provide systems and methods for context aware frictionless authentication. A server may determine authentication method information, contextual scores and contextual weights of a device, in connection with a user request to access a resource via the device. The authentication method information may include a weight and a completion duration for each of a plurality of authentication methods available via the device. The server may determine an authentication score for each of the plurality of authentication methods using the authentication method information, the contextual scores and the contextual weights of the device. The server may identify a first authentication method from the plurality of authentication methods, according to the determined authentication score. The server may authenticate the user request via the first authentication method using a first device that supports the first authentication method.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for unifying display of virtual resources are described herein. A virtual session between a client device and a server device may be established. During the virtual session, a user may request, via the client device, to access a uniform resource locator (URL) via a browser associated with the server device. The URL request may be redirected. For example, the client device may receive, from the server device, a request to access the URL via a different browser. The client device may determine another browser with which to access the URL, and the URL may be launched via the other browser. The client device may generate a unified display of the URL launched via the other browser and one or more other URLs.

    Abstract: A computing device configure to automatically generate responses to user-submitted requests is provided. The device includes a computer readable medium and a processor. The processor can be configured to perform, for example, a virtual assistant that is configured to monitor virtual assistant communications and receive a user-submitted request for additional information from a client device. In some examples, the request is submitted via a virtual assistant. The virtual assistant can be configured to process the user-submitted request to determine one or more keywords and compare the one or more keywords against at least one data set associated with the knowledge base data structure to determine at least one response to the user-submitted request. Based upon the determination of at least one response to the user-submitted request, the virtual assistant monitor can be further configured to generate a reply to the user-submitted request and transmit the reply to the client device.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a system for generating a document having a sequence of steps. A user input selecting an element of an application is received, where the user input indicates the element corresponds to a step in the sequence of steps to be represented in the document. A record is stored, where the record includes at least data representing the selected element and a sequence identifier, indicating a relative position of the step within the sequence of steps.     Abstract: A system and method that automatically terminates an application. A method includes monitoring activity data points for an application launched by a client device within a workspace environment. The activity data points may include user interactions with a physical interface component. State data for each file associated with the application is monitored and, if a determination is made that the application is inactive based on the activity data points, the method determines if a file associated with the application includes unsaved content based on state data. If it is determined that no files for the application include unsaved content, the method forecasts whether the application will be inactive for a future period based on the activity data. The application is terminated if it is determined that no files for the application include unsaved content and the application is forecast to be inactive.

    Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for context based data leak prevention of sensitive information. An example methodology implementing the techniques includes receiving, by a computing device, content for display, the computing device associated with a first user and, responsive to a determination that the content for display includes at least one item of sensitive information, adjusting, by the first computing device, at least one display attribute of the at least one item of sensitive information and displaying the at least one item of sensitive information with the adjusted at least one display attribute. Nonlimiting examples of display attributes include font size, font color, opacity, alpha blending, and zoom percentage. In some cases, the display attribute may be adjusted upon detecting a second user proximate to the computing device.
