    Abstract: The technology disclosed herein enables redistribution of connections between service instances by determining a subset of the connections and terminating the subset. In a particular example, a method includes determining connection information about connections established with service instances operating in an active-active configuration. The connection information identifies directions of connection initiation for the connections and identifies peers for the connections. Based on the connection information, the method includes determining a subset of the connections for reestablishment on a per-peer basis using direction-dependent criteria and terminating the subset of the connections.

    Abstract: A server-side processing method for implementing an active initiation of a dialogue is disclosed, comprising: establishing a communication connection with a voice client, in response to a received request for establishing a connection from the voice client; receiving an information stream sent by the voice client through the communication connection; performing a dialogue decision-making process according to the information stream, obtaining and outputting an adapted dialogue content to the voice client upon determining that it is an active dialogue scenario. A server and a system for implementing an active initiation of a dialogue are also provided. The disclosed solutions realize intelligent decision-making for voice interaction, and can actively initiate a dialogue based on server-side decision-making, improving interaction experience and realizing intelligent interaction.

    Abstract: A system is described for redirecting multimedia in a collaborative session on a virtual desktop. The virtual desktop session can be established, and collaborator virtual desktop clients can be connected in a collaborative session where each collaborator can view the desktop GUI in their respective virtual desktop client. A request can be received to play media in a media player in the virtual desktop. The media stream can be intercepted in the virtual desktop before it is rendered in the media player and conveyed to each collaborator's client over a separate virtual channel established between the virtual desktop and each collaborator. The data stream can then be rendered in a client media player by each collaborator's client.
