摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described to support resource block (RB) grid alignment at user equipments (UE) in sidelink communications. In a first example, communicating UEs may support different RB grids and a receiving UE may attempt multiple decoding hypotheses for receiving a sidelink control channel from a transmitting UE, where each hypothesis may correspond to a different RB grid. In a second example, an RB grid for a sidelink control channel may be common, or aligned, for a transmitting UE and a receiving UE, such that the receiving UE may receive the sidelink control channel using the common RB grid. In a third example, demodulation reference signals (DMRSs) and resource element (RE) rate matching for a sidelink control channel may be common, or aligned, for a transmitting UE and a receiving UE, such that the receiving UE may receive the control channel using the aligned DMRSs.

摘要: In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a sidelink transmission in a first slot of an unlicensed channel The method also includes performing, by the UE, a Channel Access (CA) operation for a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback transmission in a second slot for the sidelink transmission, where the second slot is one of multiple slots configured for HARQ feedback for the sidelink transmission. The method further includes transmitting, by the UE, HARQ feedback transmission in the second slot based on successfully performing the CA operation. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a user equipment (UE) that may receive an indication of a proximity discovery resource in a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) symbol from a network entity. The UE may transmit a proximity discovery request including the indication of the proximity discovery resource. The UE may receive a PSFCH sequence associated with the proximity discovery resource from other UEs that may respond to the proximity discovery request. The UE may transmit a bit map sequence indicative of the other UEs to the network entity. The network entity may determine a proximity between the UE and the other UEs based on the bit map sequence. The network entity may schedule the UE and the other UEs based on the proximity.

摘要: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support sidelink transmission resource aggregation for in-coverage new radio sidelink (NR SL) operations. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes obtaining a sidelink aggregation factor identifying a number of sidelink resource slots available to a user equipment (UE) to add to each sidelink resource slot allocated in a grant of sidelink channel access from a serving base station. The UE may then receive a sidelink transmission grant identifying at least one granted sidelink resource slot, and determine an aggregated set of sidelink resource slots for each granted sidelink resource slot. The UE may then transmit sidelink communications using the aggregated set of sidelink resource slots for each granted sidelink resource slots used for the sidelink communications. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

A first and second user equipment (UE) may perform a handshake procedure to establish a cooperation agreement designating one or more frequency and time resources which the first UE is to act as the proxy device for the second UE. For example, the first UE may receive a sidelink message directed to a second UE from a third UE. The first UE may determine to act as a proxy device for the second UE with respect to the sidelink message based on the sidelink message being received during a time resource designated for the first UE to act as the proxy device for the second UE. The first UE may proceed to transmit to the third UE feedback information associated with the sidelink message, and may transmit the sidelink message to the second UE on behalf of the third UE.

摘要: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support managing allocation of configured grant (CG) resources for uplink transmissions using a polynomial over Galois field in a wireless communication system. In particular, a user equipment (UE) may be configured (e.g., by a base station) to determine a resource to access, from a resource pool configured for each CG occasion of a CG configuration, based on a polynomial over Galois field configured for the UE. The polynomial over Galois field may include a parameter p, and the UE may be configured with a mapping that maps the absolute time (e.g., a slot index or a symbol index) of a GC occasion to an index between 0 and p−1 that is used as input to the polynomial The result of the polynomial is used to determine the resource to access by the UE at the CG occasion.

摘要: Wireless communications systems and methods related to frequency resource reservation for sidelink communication over a shared radio frequency band are provided. A first user equipment (UE) senses in a sidelink resource pool within a shared radio frequency band. The first UE reserves, based on the sensing, a frequency resource of the sidelink resource pool within an instance of a variable time range. The first UE performs, in the shared radio frequency band, one or more listen-before-talks (LBTs). The first UE transmits, to a second UE based on the one or more LBTs, a sidelink transmission using the frequency resource within the instance of the variable time range.
