Abstract: The present invention provides a method and device for transmitting an uplink signal in a cell configured in an unlicensed band. A user equipment performs clear carrier assessment (CCA) on a second cell configured in an unlicensed band, and when the CCA is successful, transmits a known signal notifying that the CCA is successful, on the second cell. A base station transmits, to the user equipment, uplink grant for the second cell only when detecting the known signal on the second cell.

Abstract: Provided are a method for determining a valid subframe for cell in a non-licensed band in a wireless communication system, and a wireless apparatus using the method. The method comprises: determining whether all orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols of the cell are usable; and when all of the OFDM symbols of the subframe are usable, determining whether the subframe is a valid subframe based on whether a channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) resource is present in the subframe.

Abstract: Provided is a method for performing channel sensing by a node. The node receives information about a known signal to be transmitted by at least one node of a node group that the node performing the channel sensing belongs to, detects the known signal using the information about the known signal, cancels reception power of the known signal from measured reception power, during a time period in which the known signal is detected, compares remaining reception power except for the reception power with a threshold, and determines whether a channel is occupied or unoccupied according to the comparison. The information about the known signal includes a sequence of the known signal, a power offset between a transmission signal and the known signal during a valid duration of the reception power of the known signal, or a cancellation ratio of reception power of the transmission signal during the valid duration.

More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for a terminal controlling uplink power in a carrier aggregation-based wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: configuring a first cell and a second cell; transmitting a first PUCCH signal from subframe #n in the first cell; and transmitting a second PUCCH signal from subframe #n in the second cell, wherein when the sum of transmit power of the first PUCCH signal and transmit power of the second PUCCHJ signal exceeds a predetermined maximum transmit power configured to the terminal, the transmit power of the PUCCH signal having a lower priority from among the first UCCH signal and the second PUCCH signal is reduced or the transmission is dropped.
