摘要: Dual spacer structures are fabricated such that sidewall spacers in a cell region are thinner than sidewall spacers in a periphery region. The fabricating method of memory includes forming a stop layer over the first semiconductor feature and the second semiconductor feature in cell region and periphery region. A spacer layer is formed over the stop layer in the periphery region. The spacer layer is patterned to form a spacer on a sidewall of the second semiconductor feature. An etching process is performed to form a resultant spacer on an interior sidewall of the opening between first semiconductor features. The stop layer on top surfaces of the first and second semiconductor features is removed.

摘要: A method for manufacturing an extruded slot antenna array includes extruding a slot antenna body, the slot antenna including a first major surface, a second major surface, first and second external side walls, and one or more longitudinally extending internal waveguide walls disposed between the first and second major surfaces. Each of the internal waveguide walls forms a respective two or more open-ended waveguides, each open-ended waveguide having a first open end and a second open end. An array of slots is cut on the first major surface of the slot antenna body, the array of slots being arranged in a plurality of rows, one row of slots being formed along a longitudinal line of a respective open-ended waveguide. Next, a row of slots are subsequently cut on the second major surface of the extruded slot antenna body, the row of slots formed substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the open-ended waveguides, one of the slots being formed on each of the open-ended waveguides. Next, end caps are attached to the first and second open-ends of each of the open-ended waveguides.

摘要: A treadmill includes a base and a frame with a running belt is connected to a folding device connected to the base. The folding device includes a support frame which has a first end thereof pivotably connected to the base and a second end of the support frame is pivotably connected to a first end of a sliding frame. A second end of the sliding frame is pivotably connected to the frame. The sliding frame includes sliding members slidably connected to tracks of the base. The sliding members can be disengaged from openings defined in the tracks when the frame is raised. A driving device has one end connected to the frame and the other end of the driving device is pivotably connected to a branch of the sliding frame. The rising angle of the frame can be adjusted by lifting the second end of the sliding frame. When the frame is folded to upright position, the first end of the sliding frame is raised and pivoted upward the second end of the support frame.

摘要: Described embodiments include a level shifter that provides a voltage level shift to applied signals, the amount of voltage shift being accurately controlled and independent of PVT. The level shifter has first transistor configured as a voltage follower with the gate coupled to an input terminal of the shifter and the source coupled to a node, a diode-connected transistor coupled between the node and an output terminal of the circuit, a first controlled current source coupled to the node, and a second controlled current source coupled to the output terminal. A controller receives a bandgap-stabilized voltage, squares the stabilized voltage to produce a control signal that controls the first and second controlled current sources. The voltage shift is proportional to a digitally-controlled scale factor (K) times the stabilized voltage. The ratio of the current from the first current source to the second current source is (K+1)/K.
