    Abstract: The present invention is designed so that retransmission control is executed appropriately in smaller units than TBs (for example, in units of CBs, in units CBGs, etc.). A user terminal according to one aspect of the present invention has a receiving section that receives a downlink (DL) signal including one or more code blocks (CBs), and a control section that controls transmission of delivery acknowledgment information for the DL signal per CB or per code block group (CBG) including or one or more CBs, and a CB or a CBG where a negative acknowledgment (NACK) is indicated by the delivery acknowledgment information is retransmitted by using a numerology that is the same as or different from that of initial transmission.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a user terminal and a radio communication method, whereby data communication processes can be performed adequately even when downlink control channels that are different from those of existing LTE systems are configured. A user terminal has a receiving section that receives downlink control information, which is transmitted via a downlink control channel in a control resource set configured in a predetermined resource block, and a control section that controls receipt of downlink data scheduled in a predetermined frequency field, based on the downlink control information, and the downlink data is allocated over the predetermined frequency field from the same time location, or allocated to the predetermined frequency field from varying time locations.

    Abstract: A terminal is disclosed that includes a receiver that receives first downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling initial transmission and second DCI for scheduling retransmission and a processor that controls transmission of a first uplink (UL) shared channel that is scheduled by the first DCI and transmission of a second UL shared channel that is scheduled by the second DCI. The processor controls the transmission of the first UL shared channel and the transmission of the second UL shared channel based on a reference value that is configured for timing for transmitting a UL shared channel based on information provided through higher layer signaling. The processor also controls transmission of the second UL shared channel in response to information included in each of the first DCI and the second DCI that indicates whether the UL shared channel includes initially transmitted data.
