    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. Some aspects relate to a channel state information (CSI) framework for full-duplex operations of a network node. Some aspects more specifically relate to a CSI configuration that includes one or more separate elements for calculating CSI associated with downlink time intervals and for calculating CSI associated with full-duplex time intervals. In some aspects, the CSI configuration may include separate channel measurement resources and/or separate interference measurement resources for calculating CSI associated with downlink time intervals and for calculating CSI associated with full-duplex time intervals. In some aspects, a network node may configure a user equipment with a common CSI reporting configuration or a separate CSI reporting configuration.

    Abstract: A method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) and related apparatus are provided. In the method, the UE monitors a serving cell through one or more active transmission configuration indication (TCI) states of the serving cell, and monitors a reference signal associated with one or more partially active TCI states of a non-serving cell for lower-layer triggered mobility (LTM). The UE further performs the LTM handover to change the serving cell in response to an LTM command and based on at least one of the partially active TCI states and the active TCI states. The method enables the UE to use a partially active TCI state to monitor a reference signal of candidate cells for LTM. It substantially reduces the LTM HO delay and interruption length during an LTM HO. Hence, it improves the efficiency of wireless communication.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may accumulate a number of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) bits as a result of one or more resource conflicts and may store the number of HARQ bits for a later transmission opportunity. The UE may transmit a scheduling request that requests resources for a transmission of the number of HARQ bits that are stored at the UE as a result of the number of HARQ bits satisfying a triggering condition. For example, the UE may transmit the scheduling request if a quantity of the number of HARQ bits satisfies a threshold quantity. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may transmit the scheduling request if the number of HARQ bits include triggering content. For example, the UE may transmit the scheduling request if any HARQ bit stored at the UE conveys a negative acknowledgement (NACK).

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides solutions to sidelink transmission/reception problems by preparing waveforms for multiple resource blocks (RBs) in a given bandwidth. Some wireless communications systems may support hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process number indication for multi-cell scheduling. In some cases, a user equipment (UE) may receive first control signaling including one or more parameters associated with a HARQ process.
