Abstract: A method for 2-step RA (2-step random access) performed by a terminal (UE) is provided. The method comprises receiving, from a base station, first random access channel (RACH) configuration for 4-step RA (4-step random access), second RACH configuration for the 2-step RA, and physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) configuration, the first RACH configuration including information on RA occasions for the 4-step RA; in case that an index indicating a subset of the RA occasions is included in the second RACH configuration, identifying at least one RA occasion for the 2-step RA based on the subset; identifying at least one PUSCH resource based on the PUSCH configuration and the at least one RA occasion; and transmitting, to the base station, a random access preamble in the at least one RA occasion and a PUSCH in the at least one PUSCH resource.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a multiple access method, a multiple access transmitter and a multiple access receiver. The multiple access method comprises the steps of: performing, by a transmitter, channel coding on a bit sequence to determine a coded sequence; interleaving and/or scrambling the coded sequence, and performing multidimensional constellation modulation on the interleaved and/or scrambled sequence; performing grid mapping on the modulated symbol sequence to determine a mapped sequence, and transmitting the mapped sequence; receiving, by a receiver, mixed signals from multiple transmitters, the mixed signals are obtained by performing, by each of the multiple transmitters, interleaving and/or scrambling, multidimensional constellation modulation and grid mapping on data; and, decoding, by the receiver, mixed information according to interleaver information and/or scrambler information, multidimensional constellation information and grid mapping pattern information corresponding to each transmitter to obtain data corresponding to each transmitter.

According to the present disclosure, a UE proactively determines the PHR reporting manner, calculates PHR and report the PHR, thus implements PHR reporting process at the UE.

The method comprises the steps of: by a base station, determining system configuration information and transmitting the system configuration information to a user equipment; and then, by the user equipment, transmitting a preamble sequence to perform random access, and if the random access is failed, performing RACH attempt according to the received RACH re-attempt configuration information to perform random access until a preset decision condition is satisfied. The embodiment of the present invention is used for RACH re-attempt when random access fails.-

The BWP resource indication information is used for indicating the BWP resources allocated by the base station to the UE. The intra-BWP PRB resource indication information is used for indicating the intra-BWP PRB resources allocated by the base station, and then the UE receives the BWP resource indication information and the intra-BWP PRB resource indication information transmitted by the base station, and then determines the BWP resources and the intra-BWP PRB resources allocated by the base station according to the BWP resource indication information and the intra-BWP PRB resource indication information so as to perform uplink transmission.
